Like others reviewers, there is no access to your web site. So far I have not experienced any quality problems, but this may be because we bought up a large stock some months ago and haven’t purchased any recently. I have been looking in Coles and Woolworths the last few weeks but stocks now unavailable. I must say we never had any QC problems when it was sourced from Burnie, Tasmania.
What is the future stock position as seen by yourselves?
Hi Guys/Gals, I love your product Aus Maountain Waters (10 lt boxes purchased through Woolies)... but lately every box seems to have the internal nozzle buried/twisted up inside the box no where near the cardboard perforation nozzle cutout = pretty much wrecking the box (and swearing in front of the kids) to get at the nozzle. Please re-align/re-calibrate your packing robot, or have a quiet chat to the 'box packers'. All good cheers love ur water - Mark Mac Manly QLD
Hi Mark, Glad you enjoy our product and sorry to hear you have had to swear in front of the Kids! To assist in getting the tap out you could try opening it upside down so there is no pressure on the spout when you are trying to position it. We will also investigate our end.

Hi, I've noticed white floating threads/debris in your water product and cannot access your website to contact you with details. Bought from Woolworths, Belmont NSW about 3 weeks ago. Do you test your water for PFAS and other such contaminants as standard procedure?
Our water is tested yearly for full analysis and routinely tested at NATA registered lab
"Yearly"....holy crap?!...It should be done monthly!
Hi Howard, Our routine testing carried out by a NATA registered lab for water quality is weekly, but full chemical analysis is yearly.
I also find it impossible to get into your website. Why does this keep happening it’s clearly not a one-off problem?

Hi Claire Thank you for your question. Australian Mountain Water is sourced in Queensland from a spring on Tamborine Mt.
Is this the same bore water that the Coca Cola (Mount Franklin) company draws from?

Where and how may i buy the 5L casks of spring water? I'm in Toowoomba, Qld and Woolies doesn't have the 5L on their shelves. I've been buying your product for several years now but am now finding the 10L too heavy to deal with! I'm 74.
