WARNING!!! Just a reminder. That fish you buy is not fresh. It's in and out of the freezer. Thawing all day. You could be buying a fish 4,5,6,7 days old. They only get two deliveries a week. Both come late, late afternoon after spending all day in a truck. If you've been recently sick or unwell, it's probably because you bought something from here.
