After heavy moisture due to a monsoon event my TV won't turn on via remote. No button on remote looks stuck or worn out. Did the change to ne batteries. Wipe whole remote, turn TV off from its power source, turn TV on via manual button, aim remote at TV and press off button. Absolutely no response. What else can I try? Would appreciate any help. Thank you beforehand.
Why does the tv regularly have pop up messages stating storage is low? I loaded one app only. Paramount+. Does this space issue affect the responsiveness of the tv? Slow to boot. Slow to load apps. Freezing when watching some apps. Awfully annoying.
Has anyone found the sleep mode. Just purchased this TV. TIA
When installing our brand new TV, it turned on instantly and didn't ask for any options (ie English, country, date, WiFi etc.) It has the come up with a bright red P MODE screen. And then information for the TV keeps flashing on the screen. Cannot access any menus or anything. Has anyone had this happen? And does anyone know how to fix it?
TCL 40S615-AU. Can’t sign into Google or some apps eg Stan, as keyboard is in Arabic language . Tried to change to English keyboard but get message “keyboard can’t be toggled in English “ and stays on Arabic. How do I rectify this?? Thought I have tried everything possible but obviously not!!!

I purchased a TCL 40S615 40" Smart TV and set it up easily. Then I encountered a problem with the sound breaking up on all channels. HDMI inputs and Streaming services have good sound with no sound issues. I believe the issue is with the TV Tuner. I have had two other TV's connected to this antenna and have had no issues with sound or picture. After contacting TCL I was offered a replacement which, unfortunately, exhibits the same sound issue. The signal strength on all channels is between 95 and 100% and the signal quality in 100%. I have tired using signal attenuators to reduce the signal, and while the sound is better it has not solved the problem completely. I have even installed a 4G filter and this has made no difference. Has anyone else had sound issues with this TCL model?
Can you please advise of a compatible easy senior remote control? Or any control for that matter - did it even come with a way to turn the tv on? We need to be able to turn the tv on, change the channel and the volume on free to air tv. There is no access to wifi or blue tooth. My 85 year old mother needs to be able to use it and even I am having trouble.

Q. How do you improve the picture?
Press the SETTINGS BUTTON (with the cog on it) on the remote and you will see PICTURE RESETS. Choose HDR. That's the best thing I've found. The picture looks pretty good to me, but I haven't owned many modern TVs. Only plenty of computers, tablets and phones. I expect a plasma would look better (?), but they're no longer made.
