Landfill at 4.5 years. Went puff in the night and smelled like electrical fire after not re-starting earlier in the day after disconnected. Disappointing for a trusted brand. Liked the big numbers.
A clock should keep accurate time – My main objection to this clock is that it loses a minute every month. All other features worked quite well, but as the main point of a clock is to keep accurate time...it's disappointing.
Is neither a good clock, not good radio – Purchased from Harvey Norman just over 1 year ago, this clock radio gains time (about 2 minutes per week) and goes out of tune daily (despite being a digital tuner). Occasionally you can get the radio to pick up a station, around 50% of the time, and when it does it's quite good. But, having to search up, then back down to your desired station in the hope it pick up that frequency *every time* is just rediculous.
Had high hopes – Bought this from JB-Hifi, trusted the brand would deliver as hoped. The volume setting for the FM radio alarm is always 11, no matter what you do. Way to loud when the purpose is to wake 1 person up, not the whole house. I returned what I thought was a faulty unit, JB Hifi replaced it - same issue. If JB Hifi read the reviews on their own website (what I should have done), they would have to discontinue selling it.
