Terrible – Sound is awful, muffled and tinny. We had to buy a $300 sound bar just to understand what was being said on the news. The remote after only a week now has buttons not working, one being the home button so we can't use disney or netflix.
Purchased in for $699.
Burnt by TEAC and Catch – 4 months of ownership and the TV freezes and shuts down. Bought from Catch who have not been helpful in returning or repair. It's been 2 weeks trying to sort this out. I can't give any rating more than terrible performance/ quality/value because it no longer works.
Purchased in at Catch.
Poor colour quality with darks, blacks – Purchased from job hifi on a special, first one I opened had a crack in the screen, the guys at job was very helpful and swapped it for me ( checked the new one was not damaged before issued to me). I have the internet set up hard wired and have not any problems with Netflix or you tube, I have just started to lose my surround sound and suspect it is from the Arc HDMI port playing up, but my big problem with the tv is the colours. Blacks become very pixelated and quality is very poor.
Purchased in at JB Hi-Fi for $650.
