Mostly OK but have no choice to choose or reject any given Tech – Tech To Home Mostly the support staff are good but all too often one encounters a bad apple. Their greeting recording says "calls are monitored for quality" but I doubt that. The service does not provide an opportunity to make a complaint. After paying for this service at the Harvey Norman Store the only information is on the receipt. I do not know who or how to contact them to express my concern.
No service – I paid a year's subscription in July 2022. When I rang in September I get the message "This service is no longer available" If this is the case, where is my refund?
Your service is a disgrace – You guys must have a death wish......I’ve been with you for years and suddenly your service has become abysmal. I was one in the queue after 1 hour waiting and then asked would O like appointment for later said no and then got put to 5 in the queue. Your complaints email didn’t work . Your service is disgraceful
Great online support – I feeling very satisfied with the online problem solving from your technician Robert. He was very patient and talked me through what he was doing. He willingly gave his time and at no time did I feel a nuisance. invaluable support without leaving my home – made several calls to tech , they take the time to make sure any issues are sorted . I used to take my computer into town and pay $70 for each visit , this service has saved me a lot of time and money , also am not left without my computer while it is being looked at , I will be renewing my subscription . Not sure what is up with other reviews looks like they have nothing to do with tech to home !
Online Support Service is Brilliant – I feel compelled to praise the faultless service received for over 2 years for computer related assistance from the online support team which, as a non-tech-savvy individual I use extensively. Because of this I continue to renew my annual subscription and am extremely pleased with this Tech To Home feature.
Worst techs ever – I purchased a $12,000 tv from harvey norman, the tech came out, left a mess, didn't even connect the cables up correctly so I could couldn't use the smart TV. We paid an electrician prior to them coming $1700 to get this port installed before the TV was installed and they didn't even do their job. Then the TV bracket doesn't move so you can get behind the TV to see anything. DON'T EVER GET THESE TECH TO ENTER IN YOUR HOME.
Don't let these people into your home – I would strongly recommend if you purchase any products from Harvey Norman arrange your own installation, do not use this company as the tradesmen they send out to your home are rude, aggressive, messy and not helpful at all. It was a very expensive installation and they took no care or interest whatsoever. Harvey Norman should look at another supplier as these guys are not doing their reputation any favours.
