Non existent support. You always have to keep chasing them to get a fault rectified. They keep charging you even after you have moved to another service provider. They wouldn’t provide the info we needed to change NBN to Aussie Broadband even through legally required to do so Show details

Sales are responsive, but try to disconnect, even after your contract is over and forget about it. They will continue to invoice you for months and continue to direct debit. confirmation of disconnection. This is after 3 years of being a reliable customer. Go with other providers. The service didn’t ever give what they claim either.

reality, it took six to seven months before we had access to the services we were already being billed for. During this period, Telair also overcharged us for several months—an error we flagged multiple times. It took considerable effort to have the credits applied, and even then the amount was incorrect.

In April 2025, when we relocated offices, we began requesting either a cancellation of services or a relocation under our existing agreement. Despite assurances from Telair’s BDM at the time of sign-up that relocation would not be an issue under the same contract, Telair is now insisting on a new 24-month agreement, higher fees, relocation costs, and other charges not stipulated in our original contract.

Just yesterday, after another discussion with Telair’s Accounts and Billing Manager, we were told that our services would be suspended—even though payment was made. This suspension has now caused company-wide disruption to our phone systems and internet. The manner in which the situation was handled demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

Given the ongoing breaches and disruptions, National Construction Services will be pursuing legal action against Telair. Furthermore, if other businesses have experienced similar issues, I welcome you to contact me directly at general.manager@natcon.com.au. Should there be sufficient interest, we are prepared to consider funding a class action to hold Telair accountable.

After some issues with the installation of our new phone system all it took was 1 phone call of 2 minutes, speaking to a person not a machine I might add and no time spent on hold! This was quickly followed up with a phone call from Daniel The GM and ongoing daily contact with Hitesh until it was rectified, then follow up calls to ensure all was functioning properly. I think it speaks volumes when senior management gets involved with issues affecting a customer. It shows that a business puts its customers needs first and escalating issues to management shows a well functioning team, with customer support as a core value.

As a small business that relies on their phone as the main source of revenue, we could tell we were prioritised by the Telair team and can't thank you all enough. We are looking forward to growing a long standing relationship with your team based on the level of support given to us with this issue.

Ziggy provided me so much insight and education of not only what Telair could offer, but how these systems work, and what to watch out for when comparing. Ziggy was a great value add for us and the main reason we chose Telair. The gentleman Lochlan who has helped us with setting up the system has been excellent. He has supported us and dedicated a lot of time to ensure we have a very clear understanding of how to use the system. If you want internet that works, is reliable, try Telair. I needed reliability not speed. I got both. I showed my internet sucking teenagers the different speeds and their eyes popped out. When working it is a great phone – We use this phone for our office and it does it's job whenits working. For some reason when the power flickers or goes out the phone will not work. I have to call the telair help line all the time to fix the issue. Would be great if it had a simple fix we could do so we didn't have to call all the time.

Excellent service – Telair provided accurate advice and then followed up with the Vocus technicians to ensure we had our fibre system in place for entry to new offices. They were prompt, diligent, and then when there was issues with compatibility of our equipment (not Telairs), they provided extremely fast service to deliver a workaround at short notice.
