We recently took over a business already using Telcoworks and did not get much information about it from the old owners. However a call to Mel at Telcoworks had us sorted in no time. She spent as long as we needed to set everything up and explain the portal. Highly recommended.
Follow-up · Two months in and our 1300 number has now been fine-tuned to our needs. With help from Mel at Telcoworks, we reconfigured the system to help us better serve our customers and as a bonus, saved some money in the process. If only all our suppliers were this good.

We had a small issue with messages going to email. Firstly the phone was answered very promptly and Mel was spoke clearly was patient and helped fix the issue. Very Pleased

Poor service – Changed the review back to excellent as I’ve allowed telco works to improve their customer service… they deserved a second chance. Customer Service is back to a great standard in my opinion. 9th July 2025 Previous 1 star statement. Unfortunately they don’t want to help via email and provide service. Easy to use platform & great customer service – Telcoworks is an easy and cost effective way to get 1800 or 1300 phone numbers for your organisation. The set up is easy and their customer service is great if you need help with setting up additional features. Ashleigh was lovely to deal with and super helpful.
