I've never written a review online and if I could put zero stars I would. Telstra Super totally duped us when moving our New Zealand Kiwisaver to Australia. Myself and my wife both submitted applications at the exact same time to transfer our Super between countries. They accepted and processed my request. Though refused to process my wife's… Read more

request. They said that they are no longer completing Kiwisaver transfers, but processed it for one, not the other (despite both requests being sent to them in the same envelope!). On enquiring about this and putting in a formal complaint, they have not yet formally responded to us (4 weeks and waiting), nor confirmed where our money / retirement savings actually is. On calling them, they are saying it isn't their problem and have absolutely zero care for resolving the mess they have caused. Where is our money Telstra Super? P.S: While they said they are no longer completing KiwiSaver transfers, per the picture their website advertisting / web pages clearly said they were still accepting them after they declined the application. False advertising!

a much smoother and straightforward experience. I can't say enough regarding their genuine desire to assist me as a customer at a time of acute stress and their polite, patient and professional manner in helping me to achieve my goals. This was particularly true of the former who assisted me in filling out a form I surely would have botched if not for his excellent instruction in doing said task correctly; thanks to his thorough knowledge of what was required. Similarly, when I ran into trouble uploading the form the latter was equally polite and patient in helping me through that procedure. Please note that these two consultants were dealing with someone who was under stress who was by no means either aggressive or rude was somewhat distracted in his thoughts and unclear at times in his communication due to said stress. They are very good ambassadors for Telstra and helped to save my Christmas. It is not often that can be said. Merry Christmas to all at Telstra.

The trustee treats investors horribly, they are currently merging to avoid fines accrued as a result of their history of not responding to 40% of complaints in a satisfactory timeframe or manner. They somehow caused losses to their bond holders in recent years. More notably they recently closed their direct access option, forcing investors to sell… Read more

down their holdings for massive losses. Their technical support never understands the issue and equates to “restart your computer and clear the cache”. If you want to pay for their retirement instead of yours, sure, gamble it.

action. They didn't check for my current address on the electoral rolls nor send any prior notification using Registered Mail for what was an extremely critical issue for a retiree. They had been writing to me at my same , current address for 40 years with no returned mail from Australia Post so they could be certain that I was at the address they were sending annual statements etc. When I returned from oseas and questioned them and asked that they reverse the action, they simply said No and blamed me for the account closure! No responsibility. No accountability!! Be very careful if you decide to invest your Super in this group!!

He was very clear and assisted me in all that is avaialble to me with my TTR and my Telstra Corproate accounts. I underrstand it is my choice but I aprpeciated the time given to me. I had an issue when applying for Direct Access, due to a server error. So, a Direct Access account was set up, but a numerical error meant that I could not transfer funds to it, as accounts would not add up. 6d after the fault I was called by the person that I had originally spoken to, and told that the issue was fixed. not actually fixed and when I re-entered it was the same imbalance error. Now 7 days later, and the issue is still not resolved. I have just tried to cancel the Direct Access account... and I received another error! My super balance has also changed, so I'm not sure what has actually been done. The whole thing has just taken too long, and I believe that this kind or error should have been corrected within 1 business day. Got to call it as it is... and not too happy.
