with this company even if I had a service person in the area. A company that simply washes their hands of existing clients that have issues post install is more than disappointing.

work which has actually made the situation worse. For the last 5 months I have called and emailed over and over without once getting a return call or return email. I am in Brisbane and the management of this company is in South Australia, making it even harder to get a resolution. I do not like to leave negative reviews, but in this instance my patience is virtually exhausted. I would be happy to provide detailed evidence of emails and phone calls made to this company, which were often sent to 3 different email addresses with the hope that someone would find the empathy to actually call or email me.

A great company to do business with – After providing a very competitive quote for supply and installation of artificial turf in back of my granddaughter's house, Tracey and the installer, Adam, did exactly what they promised when they promised it. Quality great and fantastic people to do business with. I recommed without hesitation.

Quality product and honest/ loyal service – We had our whole front lawn taken out and replaced with Termiturf. After receiving quotes and samples from all other companies, Termiturf's product was by far the best quality and real looking lawn.. I love our front yard now!!! and so many people comment on our street how good it looks.. The service is also amazing, the manager and the guys that install the lawn are all professional and lovely people too :)

TERRIBLE – Stay clear of Termi Turf. I had it installed in my yard & it has shrunk about 4cm. I have spoken to others & they have experienced the same thing. Others have had their turf melt during warm summer days. My advice, look elsewhere!

Supply and Fit of Termiturf Toorak in Tweedheads – From my initial consultation with Roger this whole process was effortless.. Roger was extremely knowledgeable very honest and most factual and no sales pressure whatsoever! Grass, faux, fake, great job "toorak" – Update Dec 2022. 5 years on. In full sun. ( when we have it) Awesome weed control is just spray Toorak with roundup! Done. No joins visible there are two because of the size. Just gets leaves blown off no broom until the pine pods arrive every year. Edges usually get a weed as I walk past. Nothing arduous you could say. Update May2021. Dogs- We have friends with dogs who visit and leave pee mail. Just spray with the hose and we have no smell as some people have found. Weeds- only about the edges which just pull out. You could also spray if you wanted but we have not done this. Appearance- Still good after 4 years and just a "comb with a light house broom" the battery blower sorts the leaves out! Sold- The neighbours enquired as to our findings and chose the same company. I have yet to have a chat as to their experience with their new lawn. Would we do it again- Initially no said herself. Now its a yes do it! We used couch on our living lawn as thats the one we laze about on and walk over barefoot in our outdoor living space. The toorak is in the just "look pretty" area. I have seen the DIY look with the cheaper versions. Not always succesful I would suggest.

DEC 2017 follows Installation was supply and install. As arranged, on time, cleaned up. No surprise "extras"! Cheerful no worries team from start to finish. The install was just before Christmas 2017 and now in feb 18 the edges have filled with the natural detritus of other dust and leaf fall. Looks even more " normal" Thank you team we'll done! The thread count was high and the pile weight for same thickness was also high. I believe if you buy very little you end up with less than that after the job is done! The web is your friend for price comparisons for "grass". The installation and work on the substrate and base is in my opinion is very important for a quality long life finish. I'll keep you posted as time marches on. LOL.
