time. I finally cancelled — yet even though my subscription was still active for the rest of the month, I was immediately locked out of my account.

I had to call during work hours just to sort it out and was told a refund would be issued… but it could take weeks. Then suddenly it was “a few days” — which makes no sense when instant Osko payments are widely available.

So spare yourself the hassle and steer well clear of this so-called newspaper. It’s an absolute shambles.

Too much content now who has the time to read it. Lots of irrelevant rubbish in terms of news. They now bombard you with unnecessary emails all day long from early morning until late at night. into people's front yards haven't launched litigation against News Corp for arm shoulder and wrist injuries. REDUCE THE CONTENT & REDUCE THE PRICE.

I signed up for the digital subscription 1 month trial and had planned to cancel it a few days before it ended. The Advertiser charged me $32.00 for another months subscription 1 week before my trial was due to end, I contacted customer support and they will not cancel my subscription until the end of the extra month or refund that payment and cancel the subscription now.
