The Aussie Pal Insulated Wine Holder

Great company provided discount after I purchased product. Wine cooler arrived fast and quality is great. One HUGE issue is the screw cap/lid. Even if it's on bit tight, next morning it's impossible to unscrew. There is minimal area to hold lid to unscrew. Needed a oil filter remover and rubber strap to unscrew lid. I see this as a massive flaw. It wasn't just a one off, it happens all the time. The threads are just a big off and no proper area to hold lid to unscrew. Design fail. Apart from that a nice looking product.
