timing, so us in WA miss out in stock or stay awake to make our purchases. Truly disgusting customer service was so rude and never responded back with my last email, if I had read the bad reviews first I would never have bought from them, makes sense now that I've had a bad experience, you say your a family business but clearly dont go out of your way to make customers happy. I will not buy from your company again. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!!

This is definitely not a variety like how it was advertised. This is definitely a scam.
I understand that mystery bag may include multiples but SEVEN lunchbags are just too many. They are not happy to do a full refund, they need me to cover the massive postage to post it back unless.

Name labels – Extremely happy with the 2 Stainless Steel lunch boxes I purchased for my grandchildren. Not so happy with the overpriced name labels.. Unfortunately one didn't adhere even though all instructions were followed. Customer service want a video or photos before making any sort of amends. These were gifts and I didn't request that my family document the labelling process.
Disgusting customer service – Sold me a princess tumbler that was spill proof apparently got home to find it leaked like a waterfall got in touch with the company long story short they will not replace this faulty item they sold me.. Absolutely disgusting customer service and no response to my last email I will never purchase from this company ever again..
