Okay, I love this company because whatever I order is quickly dispatched and I receive it the next day. Seriously, how cool is that. Yeah, I say, 'cool', because it never goes away. I'm 68 soon and I've been mowing lawns for 28 years They have my favourite boots, Mongrel. Great boots.
Worse quality, higher prices, horrific customer support – I purchased one pair of redback boots which where fine. but after a year, I came back and they had increased their price of the same boot from $99 to $129.. Band-Aids and thicker socks to help. stitching came undone within a few months of use... After contacting customer support they asked me to return it, I agreed and they said they would send me information but never got back.. after contacting him again they straight up denied to replace my boots as apparently it was in there "lifespan"
Total crap show – Very frustrated with this company. 2 months waiting for a ordered placed for 3 pairs of boots. Later to find out , two were out of stock. Many messages all not responding to, at one point she claimed to have had chemo. All in all after two months I asked for my money to be refunded. And that very day she refunded the money she shipped a pair of boots. Not my problem. But still she seems to think it is.
Ripped off – Sent the wrong order would not refund the money and completely ignored what was sent to them in messages online.disgracefull service and company will never buy from these people again.
Easy and wonderful purchase! – I could not be happier with the boots I bought for my hubby. He has struggled to find the right size in boots and we are so so thankful that The Boot Warehouse has the wide load boots. Now he has a perfect fit and is comfortable when on his feet at work. Great customer service! Will be recommending to everyone

Amazing family run business – I have been shopping with The Boot Warehouse for years and they sure know their stuff. They always suggest the correct boot for my line of work. Plus i get my pants, shirts, socks and underwear all at once. Plus they are always $50 cheaper than my local RSEA.
OUT OF STOCK TWICE – I have ordered twice and both times told stock unavailable for long periods even when advertised as same day dispatch don't shop here if you need boots quickly also still waiting for refund not happy !!!!
