DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! – Do not buy anything from this company. Totally inferior and dangerous products with no batch number, expiry date or TGA approval. Their pet range nearly killed my dog, $12,000 later in vet bills and a miracle that she survived. Customer service is non existent and their company needs to be shut down before a human or animal dies. Buyer beware!!!

case I felt it was necessary because I read all of the reviews (after my purchase) and honestly felt bad for these guys. But, in my case, I emailed them with my concerns and within a couple of hours I had an email genuinely apologising for my disappointment in the products along with a swift refund which showed in my account 2 days later. I just felt it was my time to offer my review, as this company has clearly got good business morals too. Thankyou, Cannabis Co. even if your product is not for me x

Rapid Pro Max Roll on for pain relief is great – I love the Rapid Pro Max roll on (I think that’s the name?) pain reliever for instant relief of my hand and wrist pain.

Their Hemp Gin is the best! – I had the pleasure to try their hemp gin over the Christmas and it was great. I am a regular gin drinker and this hemp gin surprised me with flavourful notes, great addition for my cocktails in Summer! Show reply

Disgusting & Dangerous – This company's products gave my 6-year-old daughter anaphylaxis. I have tried time and time again to get in touch, and they never reply. I've tracked down the owner, who also owns laser skin clinics in Highpoint Shopping Centre, and a woman who is their marketer and also seems to be a part owner of the brand called Marika. I have legal action pending against them. PLEASE avoid this company, for your health.

Absolute worst customer experience ever!! – Wow... where do I even begin?! Absolute worst customer experience ever!! I placed my first (and last) order with Canna Co on the 21st of January. After not getting any shipping updates for 8 days I tried to get in touch via the Zendesk contact form on the homepage. I finally got a response on Facebook but the message was generic, unapologetic and offered no form of compensation or useful information (see screenshot). I wrote back asking for more info but got no response again, they didn't even read the message!!

15 days later I have finally received my package (even though they promise delivery within 2-3 working days) and it only got worse.

When I opened the box, it looked like an absolute massacre inside. They've used a single piece of paper as "padding" to protect 6 loose containers. It's no wonder the contents were damaged before arriving.

3 out of 6 protein containers have gone to waste as they've burst open at the bottom and protein has spilled all over the box (see photos).

With this being a food product, I'm not keen to ingest something that has been contaminated.

I can only use half of the order that I paid for and have had the worst experience with their so-called "customer service". This is absolutely unacceptable!

after, I've contacted them again asking for a tracking number from my express post since it was already packed and they have not replied anymore. I have opened a dispute with PAYPAL. I had to make another gift purchase now for a Christmas party. Waste of time dealing with this company. Dishonest and not up to market/client expectations. Would NOTrecommend to anyone.

Scammers – This is actually crazy – this company are selling a gin with the claim that 50% of the profits are being donated to a Aboriginal group. They have literally not paid 1 cent to this group, despite being asked and questioned on it continuously. Outrageous.

presentation very good. After taking it for a month with no relief at all, I received an email from them prompting me for feedback. I sent a review stating as above and gave a one star rating as it didn't relieve the pain. I've noticed my review hasn't appeared on their website and now I can't even access their other testimonials, very strange. Everyone's different the oil just didn't help me unfortunately.
