Clothsline didnt arrive and had to chase up. Advised a hicup in there dispatch area. Send out one asap. Chased up again and when finally came only half the clothsline arrived. Rang the muppets again and they sent me a email stating I had only got box 1 of two as writtrn on box .The miniature writing ststing this is a joke and they dhould advise customers that its in two boxes that dont arrive on the sameday....

The chat bot failed to respond after 10 minutes, and phone lines only loop through unanswered extensions. It’s clear customer service isn’t a priority, leaving issues unresolved and customers frustrated.

Solid excellent quality – I have been contemplating purchasing an indoor/outdoor clothesline not only for rainy days but for those days when I need more hanging space. I am very happy with my purchase and the price of $245 Will easily be recouped in lieu of clothes drier costs. Great product

Good price but Aramex is a big let down – Haven’t received my product yet, but as far as this company goes I got the product at the cheapest price and it was sent out fast. However I would have preferred to know who the courier would be prior to purchasing. company and would have preferred to pay a little extra and buy instore locally from a different store. Aramex is the worst delivery company in my experience and I’m yet to have a good experience with them. I waited around all afternoon yesterday as it was ‘on board for delivery’ yesterday so wanted to ensure dogs were sorted out so I could have the front gate open etc. Never turned up. Please reconsider using this company. They are absolutely shocking and plenty of other people agree.

Unhappy customer – I received my pension before my item. If I had read the reviews I would not have bought the item. NEVER again. I will go with the opposition before I go with them again.

Beware the no return policy – Be very careful about what you order as this company does not accept returns. I bought a 7-line extendaline for between the two side walls of my balcony, but I didn't realise that this Hills unit included the end bar. So I also ordered an end bar. It took me some time to arrange for a friend to help me (in a senior citizen) to install the line… Read more

and so discover that I didn't need the separate $60 end bar. The company refused in no uncertain terms to accept a return of the untouched bar and told me to sell it on eBay instead. Buyer beware this company and check the many negative reviews and company's pushback.

Misleading advertising – Hills Hoist has this store advertised first on its suppliers page. I chose the product I wanted, chose the colour etc, went to pay for it and then discovered that although they advertised in bold capital letters FREE DELIVERY that did not include Western Australia which is where I live. Perhaps they need to include (except WA) in their initial advertising to save me wasting my time.

Amazing service – I bought my Austral Super 5 fixed clothes hoist from this online company. Delivery was free and the hoist was delivered to my door within a few days. Customer service was amazing. Darren, from The Clothesline Store was in touch regularly,while I was awaiting delivery. He sent through all the instructions, hints and tips I needed. Excellent customer service – I ordered a clothesline which unfortunately arrived with transit damage. Renae responded to my email query and promptly sent out a replacement - as well as liaising with the transport conpany on my behalf. My new clothesline has just been delivered. Worst Costumer Service. Stay AWAY!!! – Strongly recommend buying your cloth line from another place. Heaps of other ones out there. They are happy to take your money, just to then send you an email saying sorry we don’t deliver to you but we can give you a refund what will take 5 days. Updated your website so it shows straight away that you won’t deliver to the supplied area. Absolute joke.

Great after sales – I thought i had wrong parts during installation and emailed the customer service. Renae was quick to respond in 30 mins what went wrong and how to install with the video and also she had done the follow up email to ensure that everything is working in perfect condition. Great service and communication – Delivery of my clothesline was quick and the installers were excellent. My installer noticed a problem that had occurred in shipping. The faulty post was replaced efficiently and the next installer finished the job. Great service and advice from these guys! Show reply

Bummed out ex customer – Dud transactions & selling clotheslines to areas they don't deliver to. 2 transactions in 2 days that were duds & a hell of a lot of inconvenience & stress attached to an item I really needed. Now I have to wait until my money goes in my bank for a refund. There is one worker who sends sarcastic emails as well. Never again with this shop!

Easy to order, super fast delivery – I have given 4 stars only because we have not installed the clothes lines yet, I needed 2 x 1800 wall mounted clothes lines which was harder than I thought, I don't think they are a standard (or popular size). LINE UP - CLOTHES DRY – Online was easy to sort what was needed with relative ease to order. Erecting the line was just as easy with ground kit that was supplied. Would readily do it again when needed!! Show reply

Great product – Recently bought a wall mount clothesline from the clothesline store. Website was very easy to navigate which made the purchase a breeze. I was kept up to date with the delivery timeframe and provided with the installers number to arrange for it to be installed. choice to use the large line or the smaller line or both together if those washing loads are big. I can fit at least 3 full washing loads on this clothesline. Thats a family of 3.

disgusting customer service – poor customer service very rude and missleading service very smug customer service attitudes cancelled my order without my knowledge lied about delivery after i asked about delivery to my address to get a sale then they delivered it to another town 2 hours away because their subby freight company do not deliver to my address, if they knew their job they would check addresses before misleading customers .

Missing parts and wrong color line. Needed to purchase items to complete installation – Just some feedback on my recent purchase of the Clothesline Store city life studio clothesline. was a yellow color which looked dated/silly against the crisp white frame. We had to purchase white line from Bunnings to make it look tidy. Advised seller of these issues and got a pretty disinterested/generic reply. Perhaps think about these things as future buyers as it really was inconvenient and added to the cost of purchase and time to install.

Very poor customer service, I ended up sorting the issue with the manufacturer Hill's – When my clothes line arrived it was missing bolts so I was unable to install it. I spoke to [Name Removed], sent photographs of what arrived as instructed and was told that Hill's would post them out soon. however the wrong bolt's had been sent, even after sending photographs and listing what was missing..... Finally after 3 and a half weeks the bolts arrived no thanks to [Name Removed]. This was a very disappointing customer service experience.

Short life span – Sadly our product only lasted three years. The base corroded and rusted and the whole thing fell over. Not covered under warranty. Unsure why this would happen. Was installed by the company.

Terrific solution for narrow yard – For a small narrow backyard this item is great. And the fact we can put it away when we have guests or wish to use the yard for other purposes it great. The plastic tension arm is a bit flimsy being plastic and you have to navigate it carefully so I'm concerned it may break easily. Show reply

Hills clothesline – Clothesline itself is great. Was disappointed that installers wouldn't install into already existing timber frame only into cement or brick wall. There is the option of purchasing another frame product. We subsequently had someone come in who installed - all set now. Show reply
