The Custom Cover Store

Beware - online scammer – Please be aware that whilst the website may look professional , whoever is behind it simply takes your cash and sends the order to China directly. They claim "Custom Cover Store has been manufaccturing (yes that is their spelling mistake) and supplying premium custom made covers for more than 7 years online to Australian customers" but they do not manufacture - they simply send your order to China and charge you a premium.

To top it off, there is no contact numbers, once your payment is taken there is no response via email. I have been waiting more than 45 days now with no idea if the product will turn up.

I've now resolved to making a complaint to fair trading - though having difficulty finding their ABN (business located in Heathwood VIC).

Seriously, don't put yourself through the drama, the pricing is at a premium and the service terrible - on top of that be prepared to wait 2 months for your product - IF it turns up.
