This is Melissa T C from Coorparoo. When will you cancel the order like you said you would please? Why is my credit card showing a fee from Decor House?
This business set up an attractive website with an Australian URL to collect orders, and then order products from the black market in China and ship directly to the customers. The product I received has no manufacturer details and not even a single print on the product of the packaging in any language. In China product like this are called San Wu (no identifiable manufacturer, no quality check and no warranty) and are banned from selling/purchasing. This business is obviously operated illegally in China.
I did some research and found out that The beautiful product photos they put on their website are actually copied from others. The products they sourced are also copies of those products.
True! I checked them up and that is exactly what they do
I agree. Just received dud, poor quality, counterfeit products from this company.
I ordered from this company thinking it was an Australian Company but my parcel tracking information says it is coming directly from China. They do not have an ABN number listed on their website nor can I find this company on the ABN lookup website. So is this an international company posing as an Australian company? I’m so confused and feel this is a scam.
Australian company who apparently sources from overseas. Their contact page says they are from Burwood in Victoria. I’m devastated that it’s taken so long with my parcel and they cannot provide accurate shipping information.
Their office might be in Australia but all their products are ordered from overseas when we order them, so I feel like it is deceptive, they are just a shipping company. Should be closed down.
Thanks Dani & Watkins. I’ve definitely learnt my lesson to google reviews of companies before buying online again. Guess I’m off to Spotlight tomorrow to buy another cushion instead. Cheers
This is a scam and should 100% be shut down. The website is very deceptive. I shop online all the time and have never had this issue with an “Australian” website. So upset

If you paid via PayPal lodge a dispute. It was ruled in my favour and I received a refund.
ABN is 26 641 777 559 for anyone needing it! I encourage everyone to report them to the ACCC for their misleading site.
Dani was your dispute regarding extremely poor quality? I have paid by PayPal and thinking of lodging a dispute.
This website need to shut down, anyone know how we can report to have that happen ?
I lodged a complaint to both Customer Affairs and ACCC. This business is under their radar. I hope anyone has issues with them should report to these organisations.
I have also fallen victim and have lodged a report with ACCC. I hope my credit card company will refund the amount.
My shipping advice for order 6186 is now 1 month old. I will be reversing my credit card charge if I do not receive goods in next 7 days. Bev Marshall

My paypal claim was denied :(
