I rang the fox collection to place a order for there paint by number kits and was told they are under new management and don't do phone order anymore they think everyone know how to Shop Online I don't know how to shop online like other people I rather talk to a person it is so unfair what they have done I am not happy with them and after all the reviews I read with unhappy people I buy my paint by number kits at a shop

Fox Collection. I know the site closed but then it was relaunched early this year - a new site with the old address with a number of new kits etc advertised on it. Has anyone ordered from this site and received their order? I made an order on 6th February and had an email confirming. I then heard nothing and followed up on 23rd Feb. No phone… Read more

numbers just email form. I had a response which assured me the goods would be posted that day. I have had nothing and no response to my next email query on 9th March. Today I looked up the FB page and called the number on there. Despite the links to website on the page, the person who answered (sounding like foreign call centre) denied all knowledge and says there is no such thing as the Fox Collection now and they are Innovations (which was of course the parent company). Interesting that they could go into the system and tell me about my last order with Fox last year. Have I been ripped off?

Wow – the dishonesty and trickery! Web page advertises item for a certain price. Web page doesn’t work so you can’t purchase item online. Call The Fox collection to purchase it instead and they increase the price! I told them that they can’t do this as it is illegal, but the man (Michael) just started yelling at me and insisted on charging the increased price. Naturally I purchased nothing.

Great products – I have bought lots of items from Fox Collection and have always had great service and quality items. Postage is quick too. I would recommend buying from this company for great products

Good Quality Cross Stitch Kit – I recently purchased the 'Wish Upon a Star' cross stitch kit, my first purchase from The Fox Collection. I'm an experienced needle worker, thought the kit was beautiful and thoroughly enjoyed completing it. All necessary components were included (nothing was missing) and the chart was easy to read. I had no issue with the product I purchased and have ordered more products from the catalogue.

I brought a cross stitch from you catalogue – The cross stitch number in your catalog is 46969, titles Fairytale Town. This cost me $199.00. This is no small amount to find that there graft is so different to read. To try to read the difference between blue and black is near impossible when they are close together to read. progress I find the curtain in one of the buildings should be blue but the symbol shows orange. This is not the only time that the colours are incorrect. So I am at the stage of giving up. I am a experienced needle worker and this is not my first project. Have in the past completed very difficult projects. So sort of compensated should be giving.

Bad, or rather, no service! – Purchased product DD15.002. Wrote complaining of not enough components, requesting replacement of missing parts to finish an order wanted before Christmas. Letter not even acknowledged as received. Over $100 wasted! Remove my name from your catalogue mailing list. Not acceptable! M. Syrett

CANNOT BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS – I have spent thousands with this company and they are wonderful to deal with. Even when I have had items arrive damaged, they could not be more helpful. Products are top quality and service is the best of any company I have ever dealt with. Do not hesitate buying from them, you will not be dissappointed.

Dismal service – I ordered in early August. Late August told that the item was on back order late September was delivery. Late September told a couple week delay due to Australia Post. Mid October told that the order had been cancelled!!!!

Bad service bad products – I have purchased 2 jig saw puzzles from fox magazine. Both jigsaws have had to be replaced because of missing pieces. Receiving the replacement jig saws they have still had missing pieces. I would not recommend anyone purchasing jigsaws from this site as there customer service is terrible. They will make any excuse to put the blame onto the customer

Terrible service, rude & poor communication – In October 2013 I placed an order online with The Fox Collection. A week and a half later I was told the item is actually out of stock, and they couldn't tell me when it would be back again. So my order was cancelled. Just over a month later I noticed payments being deducted from my credit card again for the cancelled order and received the item… Read more

in the mail. Even though I had received no communication and my order was cancelled they took it upon themselves to send the item anyway, and deduct unauthorized money from my credit card. I sent the item back and was told I would get a full refund asap. It's now almost February 2014 and yet another payment had been deducted from my credit card and I STILL have not received my refund! Communication with staff has been rude and dismissive and I have been given excuses about new computer systems etc. I was told the payment was reimbursed over a week ago, but yet it still hasn't appeared in my account. Not surprised. I am angry and disgusted with my service from this company. I would not ever buy anything from them again, and will strongly urge other people not to as well. I wouldn't be surprised if this is deleted, but I feel the need to warn other people of my terrible experience before they make the same mistake I did.
