The Gadget Queen

Don't use this business – I ordered an item from this business at the end of June. I heard nothing at all until I emailed in early August to find out where my item was. I received a curt reply but then nothing. I had paid with PayPal so contacted them to cancel the order. Within 2 weeks the item arrived. Because the transaction was less than $20 I have let the whole thing go. I'm warning everyone that this is a very dodgy business.

Rude owner – The lady who runs this business is very rude and unprofessional. She acts like she is constantly the victim. Save yourself the time and money; by avoiding at all costs.

Rude customer service – Rung the business to get a price on a note 9 screen and they replied back don't have that screen and hung up. Was an incredibly rude way to handle a customer.

Pathetic service – These guys watch youtube videos on what to do fixing phones(watched them do it), i brought in my iphone 6 because it wouldnt charge so they change battery and give it to me without testing it so when i get home it doesnt work($200). I brang it back in and then they change something else on it. I get home and it works for 2 minutes and dies again… Read more

and never charged again. at that point i gave up because they dont test their "work" they do on devices, nor is it good. Go with any other tech company like Whitcroft IT or Lasar computers with high ratings.

Knowledgable and work fast! – I've had my samsung s7 edge for over 2 years. First 2 years kept dropping until the phone absolutely had to be repaired. Phone was broken to a point the screen was flashing green and couldnt not be used. Went to Gadget Queen in Mandurah early september and fixed within an hour! Was super happy! which they have multiple times. Been 2 months since repaired and front screen smashed like a spiderweb even with screen protector and 360 protection case and pink line appeared. Took it back to discuss the problem and have offered to repair at a discounted price. Fairly happy with service and explained and showed everything to me in full details. Best service I've received in mandurah

Great service – My son bought an ipad for daughter had an accident broke glass within an hour of getting it home. We got hold of gadget queen and they replaced glass same day. Very happy with prompt friendly service.

Ruined my phone! – Went and got iPhone 7 phone screen replaced. Cost me $250, but assured me it’s because she was using the best quality products. refused to fix it, and I have rung other places and they have said it’s from using cheap poor quality parts.Have rung consumer affairs but they can’t do much without going to court.
