Cheap Product, Untrustworthy Company - SCAM! – Bought a USB Camera from them in August 2017. It arrived and doesn't do the features promised on the ad. The front cover fell off and it was just a tiny bit of double sided tape behind it. Cheap Chinese product. The plug was not the one specified, and it stopped working after 3 uses. Ie, no power, nothing. It just died. I asked for a replacement. They replied quickly, apologised and said they'd send one.

After that it was a series of follow ups and lies, telling me it has been sent, or it is at customs, or they'd send another one etc. They gave me postage tracking numbers which says "Order Not Found".

They would always be very quick to reply that they'd check for you, but you won't hear from them again until you send another email. They'd replay quickly again, and nothing happens after that.

It is now Feb 2018. 30+ correspondence later, I still have no replacement. When I asked to speak with someone of authority, I am told they'd "check" and then nothing.

I asked for a refund, I am told they'd "check" and then nothing.

Stay away from this company.

WILL NOT DELIVER ITEM PAID FOR – In August 2017 I paid the GADGET SNOB for an item with my Amex. To this day 1.1.2018, I am still waiting for the delivery of the item. As far as I am concerned I have been lied to all the way. I asked for a refund after 3 months, THE GADGET SNOB informed me that the item is on the way, yet 1 month later I am still waiting. They send stupid emails asking me to be patient. It has been four months STAY AWAY FROM THE GADGET SNOB
