Customer Service – Never have I ever met such an incompetent and unfriendly example of customer service. I have experience poor service from this retailer before and their take it or leave it attitude but decided to give them anther chance - we all have bad days. Steer clear unless you want to experience non existent service. They just don't care.

Felt insulted – We were bargaining on a heater with the mature blonde saleswoman , who said to us just wait a minute, we waited a bit and walked out while she is standing behind other sale people. She could have said we can't match that price instead of being rude to us. Go anywhere else to buy your heater or barbecue, bad people work at this place.
