From the moment we began the consultation, Jess made us feel at ease. She took the time to understand our vision for our dream family home and offered invaluable insights that we hadn’t considered. Her knowledge of the building process is vast, and she was able to explain complex details in a way that was easy to understand, which made us feel confident every step of the way. Having someone like Jess explain build terminology to me, was invaluable. Not once did I feel silly for asking to confirm what something meant, or what the process looks like, and that makes all the difference when as a result, you can hold a confident conversation with your building consultant about what you want.

The suggestions she made for our home were incredible, so many strategic adjustments made, in particular our master bedroom and laundry, I am SO excited about the changes and the strategic approach to space saving. Oh and I can't forget little touches like which way our sliding door to the courtyard goes, so we get the best view from the kitchen...I mean you can't put a price on that kind of peace of mind!

Signing our PPA with our builder, with not one doubt about our choices on design, was the BEST feeling ever. We knew we turned over every stone and asked every question. We went from nerves, to confidence, and for that, we are so grateful.
