The Hotel Windsor - poor service, rude staff, and dreadful food – The Hotel Windsor is not a 5-star hotel! The Hotel Windsor was once great, and I have been coming here for years, however I will never return. What a fall from grace. I can overlook the fact that the hotel is stuck in an 80s time warp, however I can not overlook poor service, rude staff, and dreadful food. It started to rain and the roof even leaked. The stair banister (top of staircase) is legally too low and definitely not OH&S compliant (an accident waiting to happen). I am so disappointed.

Grand Final Parade catch up – Great place to catch up with friends for a bite of lunch and drinks. Lots of Sporting photos to checkout. Nice good and quick friendly service. Pleasant staff and recommend the Windsor.

Last Monday hi tea at Windsor allergic reaction – Last Monday myself and my friend and her 15year old daughter attended hi tea at the Windsor. After been assured that the hi tea for the 16year old was nut free we started to eat . Within minutes the 15yo had a severe allergic reaction which resulted in hospitalisation. Not a good way to spend the day The hi tea was dissapointing not much food nor great quality definitely not worth $75 and the fact that there was nuts and or sesame seeds present despite been told there wasn’t. The 15yo is allergic to nuts they were told before we received our food but obviously nuts or contamination was present in order to get such a severe reaction. Be aware
