Perfect. I can't sleep without it now – Mine fits perfectly. It comes only half way up my teeth on the outside for comfort and easy breathing overnight. It's harder and more durable than the one I paid $500 from my dentist. I've had mine for 3 years before it's needed replacing. Excellent product.
100% Scam. Avoid – This is a complete scam. They send you a generic mouthguard not based on your impression. It won't fit your teeth and there's no way to contact them afterwards. Phone rings out. Was able to get a refund after contacting my bank and reversing the charges. 1 star is too generous.

Coincidentally the director of the capital venture company involved, is called Brad, uncannily the same name as the person responsible for not providing any kind of service, in their customer service role at Knight Guard.

A few days later I found this review page and started to get nervous. I was wondering if I had been scammed. Two weeks later, however, my mouth guard arrived. I am surprised how a business such as KNIGHTGUARD is allowed to operate in Australia. I highly doubt he's based in Australia. He has no shame and will abuse sitting behind that keyboard. He doesn't respond when I request him to refund my monies.

The first time I returned my impressions (with a receipt and tracking number from Aus Post), the parcel didn't arrive, and it took me three attempts to make contact with someone from the company. I got worried I'd been scammed. This was during the pandemic so maybe that had something to do with it, although reading the other reviews here was concerning. Someone did respond to my second form submission on their website however, and it was smooth from there - they posted me another kit immediately, promptly approved the photos I sent by email to make sure the impressions were ok, and it didn't take long to get my finished retainers after that. I've been using them nightly for 2-3 months and they seem just as durable as the ones I had been using for fifteen years. I would use Knight Guard again, but I'd be prepared for possible communication hitches. My advice is to email them once you've posted your impression back, and check up a week later to see if it arrived.

guard arrived it didnt fit properly and they immediately sent me a replacement kit to take another impression and I sent that to them. It again wasnt suitable to make the guard because of a problem at my end and yet again they sent me a kit to get a new impression of my teeth.
This time it worked and the guard is very high quality and a perfect fit and I didnt have to pay anything extra for the repeat kits.
Throughout the entire process their communication has been ultra efficient and totally helpful. If every company in Australia copied this companies level of service they would certainly benefit from it - as would their customers.

I worte to the company 3 times over 3 weeks without a reply. There telephone contact icon was not active so no way of contacting them by phone (what professional company is uncontactable by phone?). Finely I started to get replies by email but was blamed for the poor fitting guard because 'I took my own impressions' so it was my fault!!!
