because I tried to use a magic eraser with water that I had disclosed to this guy who has then told care cover I’ve used “other products myself” which breeches the warranty. So I’m left with a stained couch!

Especially considering the previous owner of this business had come out previously to repair my couch and didn’t throw me under the bus.

Another thing is after waiting ages for care cover to finally get the claim going to being with this company took forever to finally lock in a day/date to come out and “try” to remove my stained couch!

We highly recommend Spiro Dellis. Our leather sofa had lost colour on one arm Spiro spent several hours getting the color restored to original. He was not satisfied with his first attempt. He took a cushion away so he could find the exact set of colours needed. We were very happy with the end result and were impressed with Spiro's resolve to get the best result

need as much as we thought. This kind of service is very rare in these days. Daniel was very polite respected our home and left nothing to clean up after he left. If you are looking for a service that will give you an upfront estimate, arrive on time and do a bloody fantastic job then you cant go past The Leather Doctor. Will recommend to family and friends and happy to use them again into the future.

Excellant Service by Greg Pilling – I had my leather lounge cleaned by Greg Pilling in Ballina ,i am so happy with his friendly service and how clean my lounge looks .I highly recommed Greg ,excellent service from beginning to the end .Thank you for putting in the hard work Greg i had no idea it was going to look so good ! like a new lounge :)

Unfortunately the result of my restoration was not positive. I had Nick and Ben Fordham from Adelaide and West franchise attend my property to fix / repair / restore parts of 2 high quality leather sofas. grandmother could have done a better job. They came back a second time however still was no bettter. They are nice people, I grant that but workmanship is very questionable. I wouldn’t recommend them unfortunately. I’m just being honest.

I had [Name Removed] from Perth leather doctor come to fix some wearing on my leather recliner lounge chairs , I asked him to come back to have a look at them because the job was terrible and the chairs were ruined , I sent messages on multiple occasions over many months and first he refused then he ghosted my calls , I would not recommend the leather doctor to anyone .

Less than 1 star if i could. I initially engaged The Leather Doctor a few months ago to clear a small patch on my couch. The two ladies who came out were polite and helpful, no issues there. I was shocked to have Doc Daniel himself show up at my home, unannounced and accompanied by another man, banging on my front door and aggressively demanding payment that had already been made. Remittance had been sent and confirmed long ago. His approach was not only intimidating but completely inappropriate, even my neighbours came outside to make sure I was okay.

This is not how you run a professional or ethical business. Intimidation tactics, aggressive behaviour, and a complete lack of basic communication or organisation. I would strongly advise others to avoid this business ... there are plenty of professional and respectful providers out there. This was unacceptable on all levels.

I just wanted to express my gratitude to Rick and Sona for fixing my malfunctioning recliner. They arrived promptly and did an excellent job. Thank you again, I really appreciate it.

We used Paul from the leathr Doctor and I was amazed at the fantastic job he did in repairing a leather lounge. He must be an artisan as the work he did was of the highest quality and workmanship. Much appreciated and highly recommended.

Do not recommend – Would not recommend! They were very unprofessional and the quality of the work was very poor. I contacted HR in an attempt to rectify the work, and was advised that a refund would be provided but this has not been received to date. HR has also ghosted me and is not returning an calls or messages.

Unprofessional, dishonest and made my lounge worse. No receipt or invoice emailed out.

Amazing invisible repair – Thanks to the miracle performed by The Leather - Doctor Steve Lamb, the cut in my leather sofa is now repaired and invisible. Excellence and personality won the day. Thank you Steve.

Appalling service from William – Appalling service from William in Sydney. He was difficult to contact, rude and arrogant when we did eventually talk, and then didn’t turn at the agreed time. Beware this is a franchaise service, so totally reliant on the guy in your area. Really disappointing because I had great service last year from the guy in Newcastle.

Worst business to deal with – I have waited one year for a minor repair to be carried out. I contacted them for a quote, no response, again I tried, no response. No response to quote request – Useless follow up - they sent me details of who would contact me - said this - "They will be in contact with you to discuss your requirements and to assist with a quote" - still waiting Tried another of their operators close by but referred me back to the one recommended

Forget the Canberra guy – Forget the Canberra guy. Twice we’ve asked for a quote and he hasn’t bothered providing one. Just rude. Don’t waste your time calling him

Cleaning of Leather Recliners and 3 seater lounge – It was the first full clean since purchase 6 years ago. Booking process was easy and efficient and very pleased with the outcome which was beyond our expectations. Work performed by Luiz Branco who was friendly, efficient and diligent. The task was performed in around 2 hours, 30 minutes and price considered reasonable.

Wow Wow Wow!! – My cream lounge had scuff marks from my pooch and ingrained dirt from daily usage. It’s around 12 years old, cleaned regularly, but well loved. Brilliant great result! – The service was a bit astranged at the beginning but they certainly came up trumps in the end.
