He went above and beyond, grabbing extra tools and making sure everything was safe, up to standard, and properly documented in case venue staff asked. It’s rare to meet someone so genuine and dedicated to their work—you can really tell he cares about his clients.
If you need tag and test services around Melbourne CBD or nearby, I couldn’t recommend Graham enough. Super reliable, easy to deal with, and just an all-around legend. Thanks again, Graham—will definitely be calling you next time!

A great result! – Rav was on time and didn't waste time with idle talk. He was efficient and whilst two items failed the test he gave logical reasons for the failures. Also, he took in to account we are a volunteer group and the charges were very reasonable. His office was quick to answer with our initial inquiry. We will be getting Rav back next time. Show reply

contacted The Local Guys I was promptly referred to an available technician, Vishnu, who rang immediately to schedule a time later that day. He was absolutely punctual, efficient and was ready to help with moving the chair if needed. I cannot recommend the service I received highly enough.

Great communication with Mandy, prompt arrival, picked up issues not before noted, offered other services such as provision of new fire extinguishers and fixing new brackets, fair pricing. Would have liked our fire hose to be checked also. Show reply
Follow-up · Unfortunately, this company does not offer fire hose checks and I'm looking elsewhere for this. Three of our extinguishers needed replacing which they provided and disposed of out of date units at reasonable cost. Two of our extinguisher brackets needed replacing which was done promptly.

As a business owner myself, I really notice good service and, more importantly, good people. Elias is exactly the sort of person you want representing a brand. He takes pride in what he does, communicates well, presents himself professionally and makes the whole process easy for the customer.
I hope head office sees this review because he is an absolute credit to the company and the brand.
It’s becoming harder to find this level of genuine customer service and professionalism. We were extremely happy with the work and will definitely be using Elias again for our future testing and tagging.

We had to get a number of items tested and tagged yesterday. One of the people from The Local Guys (Dan Nawalage) called me and said he could be here at 3pm.
