It was nice to receive a call from Rachel informing my 5 digits win of Div3 of the Italian super jackpot. Having gone through the process, I strongly believe it is a rehearsal for the real big one. While it is a pleasure to be informed it is also stressful nowadays with so many scammers, Rachel patiently easy the way and we have a very nice chat… Read more ·  1

I got the money deposited into my account the same day after providing proof of identity (a process that I proceed with caution - double checking the email address and contact information with the official website.) Thank you the Lottery Office for providing the opportunity to buy very big dream every day.

I won a 2nd division prize in USA power lotto which saw me end up with 1.89 million aud after the American taxes. The Lottery office were so lovely and incredibly helpful through the whole process. Planned Scam – DO NOT buy your ticket from here. Lottery officials in other countries (US, UK, Ireland, Spain) already know this seller (the Lottery Office) sells online to international clients. Their "virtual store" in Oregon, USA seems to be flagged as a selling point for international players, and a cash cow. In reality, No body ever wins the Jackpot prize… Read more

if they're from outside the operator country. It is not possible and not allowed, and no body ever won the Jackpot with the so called "The Lottery Office"x Also, having lived and played in UK, Never ever heard of non British resident winning the British/UK lotto. Same with the Spain lottery, they don't choose jackpot winners from outside the national network. Save your money! This business needs to be externally audited.

Expect to receive just 31% of the advertised jackpot amount if you win the US lottery and want it paid as a lump sum – "What would you do if you won $100M in the US Jackpot?" This should read, "what would you do if you receive $31M?" This is what you would receive through The Lottery Office, if you won the US lottery and wanted your winnings paid as a lump sum. First the local tax is deducted. This is currently 38% in the case of the US. Then, the advertised… Read more

Jackpot is an annuity amount, which means you receive the amount in annual payments over 30 years. Thats right, 30 years. Those aged over 60 years old should think twice before buying tickets!

If you want it paid now as a lump sum then you currently incur a 50% pay out fee.

This is all buried in some very fine print.

Customer service is phenomenal – The ability to punt on overseas lottery is a welcome addition to any punters portfolio. We all know the chance of winning is extremely low but as they say you have to be in it to win it. They can't actually buy mega millions tickets!! – Just spent hard earned money on mega millions ticket from Australia. I have just read "Mega Millions rules prohibit the purchase of tickets by agents representing players in other jurisdictions" Therefore, you do not have the chance to actually win money from Australia. I have requested a refund but I doubt I'll see it. I've been conned. I "won" $5 and I have requested it be refunded but it hasn't come into my account

Legit lottery but the chances compared to local Australian lottery are much lower – I have tried both OZ and overseas lottery from Lottery Office.. Price are pretty much similar in terms of price per ticket, or syndicate shares.. Taking sample from couple of weeks of purchases, I never won anything more than $1 from TheLotteryOffice (syndicate or not), most prizes won were $0.xx.. Where local OZ lotteries I have always won… Read more

greater than $1 (syndicate or not) and multiple times won around $7-15, though no luck yet in major prizes. But making conclusion, I don't think TheLotteryOffice is that profitable, due to the cost per ticket (heard if u buy directly from overseas is cheaper, and they add admin fee etc. here); and of course the system (overseas lotteries have more numbers).. So don't get baited by the prizes which are indeed a lot more than OZ lotteries, but the chances of winning anything is like really little.

Have lost over $500 with them – The results they show of the winning number, I am unable to find them on any website. Their winning numbers are absurd and coming from them. I would like to see actual tickets purchased in my behalf on all international lotteries. It looks like a scam for sure and all players to should get together to sue this company for fraudulently scamming people.

As perfect as you're going to get – It's based and regulated in Australia, they are open about which country the lotteries are bought in and how much tax will be paid, amazing customer service which operates in Australian hours, happily told me why our lotto tickets won't be stolen (if I recall, they said they know which tickets they purchased so they could easily challenge anyone… Read more ·  2

Fantastic customer service team – I was having issues trying to join the lottery office so I reached out to them on their website chat requesting help. They ended up calling me and a lovely gentleman stepped me through everything. I know I’m not the most technical person but he walked me through nice and slow and now using their website is very easy. Well done and thank you to the support team, they’re very kind and helpful. Show reply

Sorry I am NOT convinced – What i find amusing is Australia bashed Lottoland in 2018 called them fake lottery and was bashed for gambling but lottoland was more affordable and had wide range of games, registered and regulated by NT GOVT. gambling your money away and its way more expensive than Lottoland before they got banned, and can become very addictive. Lotteryoffice USA POWER syndicate cost me $15 for 1 lousy share and i get big fat win $0.69. ITALIAN S.J Syndicate cost $20 I won $3.80. EU Millions I paid $9.50 LOSS USA MEGA cost me $7.00 won $2.98 Total outlay $58.50 total wins $7.47 So i have lost $41.03 that ill never get back. Gold lotto, lotteryoffice are just a scam to take your money just like TAB they should all be banned. So no I do not recommend.

Great access to overseas lotteries – I have been enjoying this Lottery company and by luck, I purchased tickets in 3 different lottos (these were the first tickets I bought) and won my money back on two. The impossible dream – I agree with Dlivo that the Lottery Office's mark-up is excessively inflated. The Italian Lotto is drawn later today, Wikipedia states that 1 line costs 1 euro (as Dlivo stated, and LO contradicted). That's AU$1.59. LO charges $4.75 for 1 line, a gross profit of almost 300%. Lotterywest retailers, here in WA, are paid a commission of 7-10%.… Read more

Obviously a numbers game, Lotterywest retailers would sell far more tickets than LO, justifying a higher mark-up, and LO may have more overheads, including paying their agent / donating a percentage to charity, whereas Lotterywest does that, not the retailer (although the percentage that LO donates to charity is not clear...). However, 300%??? Also, bear in mind, that the odds of LO's insurance company paying out the jackpot are one in 622,614,630, Wikipedia states that "SuperEnalotto is the most difficult game in the world in terms of hitting the jackpot judging by the odds". I think I'll stick with good ol' Australian Saturday Lotto, with its far less glamorous $5 million jackpot, (undoubtedly shared with others, but that's ok), than blow my dough on the ridiculously unattainable $237 million Enalotto. Or even Oz Lotto with its tough odds of 1 in 45,379,620 sounds like a walk in the park compared to Enalotto's 1 in 622 million! I get FOUR lines in Saturday lotto for $3.30, compared to 1 line in Enalotto for $4.35, save a buck, and odds are realistic at 4 chances in 8,145,060. WINNER!!

Best way to play with international lotteries from Australia – After seeing these guys on TV, I did some of my own research and found they were all legit and Australian licensed so I had nothing to worry about. I bought a ticket for US Mega Lotto. They sent me out my ticket, and another email to advise I had won a small prize. My prize was paid out really quick and automatic which was good. After seeing these reviews on here, I didn’t have the same issues and thought it wasn’t fair on The Lottery Office, so I thought I'd take the time to write this positive experience. I look forward to playing again in another US jackpot. I've never played online lotto before this, will happily play again as it was a really easy process.

Need to make the cut-off times more prevalent BEFORE ticket is purchased – Today was my first time of signing up and purchasing 2 syndicate tickets (USA Mega Lotto / European Millions) at 5pm Perth time (AWST). All went smooth paying by Visa debit card. The website is pretty intuitive and easy to get to grips with once you start exploring. My only issue is because I'm relatively new, is I only knew about cut-off times… Read more

for various states of Australia AFTER I purchased my tickets and received the purchase confirmation email. Below are my 2 tickets that you can verify from your end:

European Millions (closes in 3 hours 24 mins) 1 of 1 tickets purchased 1 of 48 shares Total: $10.00 Draw: 19-Jan-2022 3:45 AM AWST Purchase: 18-Jan-2022 16:53 PM AWST Entry# E220118-1796019

I still dont really know if I'm successfully in the draws or not... Should I be purchasing a ticket at least 24 / 36 hours in advance to be extra safe I'm in the draw.. Thats my only small gripe, but it's a little bit confusing.. Maybe when you are about to pay for your cart have the cut-off times.. I'm worried I've bought a ticket 15 hours before hand and still missed the dead line / cut-off..

These guys are awesome – I love playing with these guys. Its the only company that I've found that lets me play in the big international lottos. Be more clear – It seems like the platform would let you play the same numbers multiple times for the same draw, by example, if you played all lotteries on Monday (which have different draw dates) and played them all again on Wednesday, chances are you will double up your entries on some of them without any warning message provided by the system. Not completely upfront – The cost of a EuroMillions ticket is approx £1 per line but the 'LotteryOffice.com.au' charges a grossly inflated $AU9.50 for that one line. Five times the price! Also, any payout from a EuroMillions win is paid in AUD at a conversion rate deemed by 'LotteryOffice.com.au' and paid into an $AUD Australian account. Is the full amount of the win… Read more

paid to the ticket holding winner or are 'LotteryOffice.com.au' "shaving off" a portion of the overall win and keeping it?

'LotteryOffice.com.au' being an Australian company owned by Australians which seems to keep being pushed doesn't mean much professionally when they are based out of the Northern Territory and have no address nor contact phone number available.
