Purchased an item in August 2025, received an email in September 2025 saying due to tariffs they are moving warehouse supplies to the US and will resume shipping in 6-8 weeks. Since then only canned responses and 7 months later I still haven't received my order.

Terrible quality and extremely poor customer service – Received my tee, felt lovely and soft. However after the first wash it shrank significantly. Despite me sending all the washing details and many photos of the problem they refused to refund or replace. Stay well clear of this label

Extremely Disappointed - Order Never Fulfilled After 4+ Months
I placed an order for a tshirt in October 2024 and have yet to receive my items despite multiple promises and follow-ups. Over these past four months, I've been repeatedly told "they'll ship next week" or "management will look into it" with zero results.
Two weeks ago, I received yet another promise that my order would be sent "as soon as new stock arrives next week." I've heard nothing since then - no shipping confirmation, no explanation for the delay, and no response to my follow-up messages.
The customer service responses initially seemed helpful but were ultimately meaningless as no action was ever taken. Despite requesting specific shipping dates and asking for compensation for the continued delays, I was met with silence.
I understand supply chain issues happen, but the lack of transparency and repeated broken promises are completely unacceptable. I've been patient for over 120 days while my money has been tied up for a product I've never received.
I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values their time or money. There are plenty of other retailers who actually deliver what they promise.

I would love to give a 5-star review but I haven't received my order I placed on October 2nd. I have reached out multiple times and have been provided the same automated response. I finally received an email on December 18th with a tracking number but it's still showing "Pending" and AGAIN I've been reaching out for an update when my package will actually ship.....which I still get the automated email without any real time communication from a human that works for The Lovers and Drifters Club.
They may have the softest and cutest products but none of that matters when they take your money but have poor communication and customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous and not the way a business should be run.

I Love this brand so much. Just made my third purchase. The tees are very comfy, and the prints are gorgeous. I can tell they’re made with care and great quality. They’re not pumping out cheap China tees. I’m happy to wait a little longer for something this good.

Scammers – THIS IS ALL A SCAM I put an order in Aug 2024. When I started commenting “scam” on all their Instagram pages, they private messaged me saying they weren’t a scam. But still, no shirt.
