The Lovers and Drifters Club

Purchased an item in August 2025, received an email in September 2025 saying due to tariffs they are moving warehouse supplies to the US and will resume shipping in 6-8 weeks. Since then only canned responses and 7 months later I still haven't received my order.

The wait was longer than expected for this t-shirt but certainly worth the wait! The t-shirt is so soft, and cut perfectly. The fit is super sexy and overall nicer than I expected. Love it! Show reply

This is one of 5 emails I have sent them, still no products. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I'm yet to receive a tracking order after their promised 7-10 day arrival and no email or tracking received. Looking forward to at least an email back but so far disappointed

Extremely Disappointed - Order Never Fulfilled After 4+ Months

I placed an order for a tshirt in October 2024 and have yet to receive my items despite multiple promises and follow-ups. Over these past four months, I've been repeatedly told "they'll ship next week" or "management will look into it" with zero results.

Two weeks ago, I received yet another promise that my order would be sent "as soon as new stock arrives next week." I've heard nothing since then - no shipping confirmation, no explanation for the delay, and no response to my follow-up messages.

The customer service responses initially seemed helpful but were ultimately meaningless as no action was ever taken. Despite requesting specific shipping dates and asking for compensation for the continued delays, I was met with silence.

I understand supply chain issues happen, but the lack of transparency and repeated broken promises are completely unacceptable. I've been patient for over 120 days while my money has been tied up for a product I've never received.

I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values their time or money. There are plenty of other retailers who actually deliver what they promise.

I adore these tee's and I adore the fact they're not mass produced. I'm happy to wait for them they're so soft and not like any other tee's i know of! Keep up the good work!

UPDATE - I'm updating my review as my issue has been resolved and once I was able to have to communicate with Mel at The Lovers and Drifters Club, she immediately assisted with having my order shipped and it's currently on its way to me in Texas! I still believe to be a successful business they need to address the challenges with shipping their products in a timely manner and communicate with their customers on a regular basis. I'm looking forward to my package arriving! Thank you Mel!!!

I would love to give a 5-star review but I haven't received my order I placed on October 2nd. I have reached out multiple times and have been provided the same automated response. I finally received an email on December 18th with a tracking number but it's still showing "Pending" and AGAIN I've been reaching out for an update when my package will actually ship.....which I still get the automated email without any real time communication from a human that works for The Lovers and Drifters Club.

They may have the softest and cutest products but none of that matters when they take your money but have poor communication and customer service. This is absolutely ridiculous and not the way a business should be run.

still look fab.  I can tell this is a small business that cares about what they put out into the world. It feels personal — like you’re buying from a friend not some faceless chain. I’ll keep coming back for more, and recommending to anyone who loves something unique and not fast fashion. Don’t stop lovers.

I Love this brand so much. Just made my third purchase. The tees are very comfy, and the prints are gorgeous. I can tell they’re made with care and great quality. They’re not pumping out cheap China tees. I’m happy to wait a little longer for something this good.

Came back for 2 more tees now I know the prints are ending! So glad I’ve grabbed them, soft as ever. Curious for the new prints soon! Thank you for sticking with bali not China tees. I’m officially a convert!

I’m extremely disappointed because I’ve been following the brand for a long time eyeing off a product and decided to buy it for myself. I wish I’d looked at the reviews before purchasing. Please provide your customers with communication. The T-shirt wasn’t cheap and I feel sad to have to resort to providing my own review in hope that I will receive an overdue product and response.

I’ve reported them to FTC. Fingers crossed this [Content Removed] gets pulled down. Trusted the site after seeing others on IG in the clothing brand (they are probably part of the [Content Removed]) and the website contact address as Torquay Victoria but no phone number. DO NOT ORDER from them!

Scammers – THIS IS ALL A SCAM I put an order in Aug 2024. When I started commenting “scam” on all their Instagram pages, they private messaged me saying they weren’t a scam. But still, no shirt. Apparently it’s on “pre-order”.. but 9 month pre-order is just a scam My favourite thing here is that someone is commenting on posts saying they’ll follow up if you email “customerservice@loversanddrifters.com” but this email address doesn’t even exist!

Delayed but Delighted – Despite a longer-than-expected shipping time, my purchase experience ended on a positive note. The shirt's quality surpassed expectations, and their customer service was exceptional. While the delay was disappointing, the outcome was ultimately satisfying. Lovers and Stealers club – This has been the worst experience. Do not buy from this company. They never deliver. If they respond to emails they just fob you off ‘it’s on its way!!’ Reader: it’s NOT on its way. They continually update their Instagram stories and posts, and scrub the comments section to remove any negative comments. Appalling business.

No stars – I have yet to receive my order after six months. Nor a refund. I will contact authorities next week if I don’t receive an update. It’s a promise. I won’t let this company screw anyone else over.

PayPal scam. Never sent anything – Didn't send item and when i lodge PayPal dispute after waiting weeks they immediately say they had the shirt in stock but refuse to send and they cancelled the order because I wouldn't close the case until I received the shirt. but after a few days the refund failed. Lovers and Drifters don't reply to emails. I don't know what is going on their but seems like they have found it easier to make money not selling anything and have a loophole in PayPal system.
