the issue/defect and SHOULDN'T impact the overall look. Yes, he is right, he did the job so marveously and in fact, looks better than when the Aussie Benchtop delivered the stone. I am so happy with how my benchtop looks now AND Jonathan (The Marble Man) really took care of it and did more than he needed to. He is very pleasant and understand my needs and anxiety. He really delivered what I wanted so I will recommend The Marble Man if you have any issues with your stone/marble/granite etc. My stress is OVER.

Such a good outcome – Other companies didn't want to come out and advise on repairs to our patio. When I contacted The Marble Man they immediately programmed a visit to have a look at the job and quote. The quote was more than reasonable and the rep very helpful. The most prompt & efficient service! – I made an online enquiry to attend to a small chip in the front of a vanity bench top. From the initial callback from Kylie, a booking phone call from Luke & the works completed by Kyran (who most fortunately was in the area), the time elapsed from my first enquiry to the works being completed was just under 6 hours. Jacobs Well, Gold Coast – Jonathon did an amazing job of repairing our bench top! We had 6 chips in our cesar stone. A Very Efficient Company – It was a pleasure to deal with a company that was very efficient from the first phone call I made to them. I chipped the side of my Caesarstone bench top when I dropped a glass jar onto it. The chip was about 1cm square and even though it was relatively small, it certainly showed up. believe the result. It is impossible to see where the chip was and he was courteous, friendly and helpful. I appreciate dealing with companies who show up when they say they will and complete the job in a very professional manner.
Repairs ain't cheap but they sure do a top notch job – Had an unfortunate accident when a slippery glass tumbler fell from my hand and impacted the edge of our Caesar-stone bench-top. Result was a chip in the edge which, while only minor, (see photo below) was sufficiently annoying to require a fix. to respond for a quote. I felt it was a little expensive at $275 for the first hour ($121 per hour after that) but it seemed that was around the going rate for others too. Additionally, I was a little disappointed when told that due to current work loads, it was going to take around six weeks to get someone out. However, this needed to be repaired so a quote was promptly emailed out and a booking time made. Pleased to receive a call about two weeks later to say a technician had become available and could be there in half an hour if suitable.
Technician arrived promptly and quickly effected the repair within the first hour. I found the technician to be professional and explained clearly what he was going to do. After completion the repair defied the best inspection by my wife and myself to detect where the chip had been. We tried reflecting light from different angles without any success.
Overall, the best recommendation I can make is if I ever need a bench top repair again, I won’t bother contacting others but will contact "The Marble Man.” Expensive...yes but what a great job!
