As pensioners we were troubled, knowing it would likely entail scaffolding and other potentially costly stuff as well, but were impressed with Chris' responsiveness in discerning our "real" needs.

Given our humble finances, he seemed interested in providing a best value solution; Chris actually clambered up there and thoroughly inspected the entire roof area. As expected, Chris's list included more than just guttering...

Add some down pipes. Plus, our old color bond roof now simply bare metal was (short of total replacement) way overdue for resealing!
