way. Total lies. Their website should be shut down. I noticed they shut down their instagram account because too many people were posting comments saying their products didn't arrive. I have checked and their ABN is still active. Don't buy from them!

MISSING MASKS DO NOT TRUST – This is my second review 1st [May 2022] I am not happy at all as I received an e-mail on the 8th August 2022 saying order was on it's way. Not one reply from queries. It is now the 2nd December 2022 and still haven't received my mask that I ordered in January 2022. Consumer affairs here I come.

AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY! – I ordered Masks and Anti Fog spray in January 2022. Heard nothing despite sending emails of enquiry. Got an email in August 2022 saying "order on way" it never turned up I emailed them again in October 2022 asking where my order is & if I did not get response/refund would report this issue. $80 order not honoured.

No sign of order 8 months on – Ordered 3 pack in January. Forgot about it. Remembered August, sent email, soon after get an email advising it was being shipped but...nothing.

very disappointed with this company – Placed an order with this company a couple of months ago for a pack of 3 x masks @ $32 - order received about a month ago was only ONE ??? i have sent email after email with no response as to why it was short delivered now the emails bounce - my previous order from them when Covid first struck were supplied just fine has this company gone bust or what as it seems there are LOTS of customers with similar issues to me

Don’t purchase from them – Purchased masks in January with email advising it’s on the way. Tried contacting them on numerous occasions via email which they do not respond. Like other people receiving emails regarding sales , and received an email yesterday Advising my purchase from January is on its way ??

No product received – Received an email from them the other day, 40 per cent off…I replied with…why would I purchase any more madks when I haven’t received the three i paid for last December!! TODAY I RECEIVED THE THREE MASKS….finally, thankyou

Masking for trouble … – Either a scam operation or useless. Offered to resend an order which never arrived …. that offer never materialised. Replied to one of 5 emails …. never to be used again!

Terrible. Does not provide product or respond to emails – Ordered a pack of 10 masks in January. Followed up in April & had no response. Followed up again in July and still no response. Yet I'm getting emails of them having even more sales. Do not recommend at all.

Don’t waste your time – I purchased in early 2021. Awesome. Great product. Ordered again Jan 22. No delivery. No communication even after repeated emails on my part. I just received an email offering 40% off. Are you serious? I have only lost $32.00 but not the point. How many people were ripped off $32.00

Don't give them your money – Just received an email from Melbourne Mask Co selling masks at a heavy discount. They still haven't sent the mask I paid for in January, haven't replied to any emails. They just take your money.

Ordered for a second time, never replied and unable to get a response – I ordered some masks in August 2021 and they were great. I reordered in December 2021 and they have never replied. I have contacted the company so many times and they do not respond. I got notification the delivery went out but they did not arrive. Very poor transparency and quite frankly corrupt. Looks like a lot of people have had this problem. Perhaps a class response would be in order.

No Masks 6 months on – My first order was great, although I had to wait over month for delivery. I purchased more in December 2021. Unfortunately I tried to contact them by email 4 times and have had no reply. Total scam - don't order.

Don't recommend this company – I ordered 3 masks in January 2022, despite receiving an email acknowledging the Purchase, I never received the Masks. When I queried this via email, I never received a response. They have not honored their part of the transaction and they continue to ignore my emails. Not very professional

Been scammed – Original ordered was great. But order from Nov 2021 never turned up - all my emails went unanswered. Sounds like they’ve shut up shop - bstrds!

Complete scam – I ordered masks in late January. It’s now April and no delivery. After 4 emails following up there’s been no response and no phone number to call. This company is ripping people off.

Stay Away! – We ordered a 3 pack of masks in January 2022, as of today, we are yet to receive our masks! We have emailed the company numerous times with absolutely zero response! Asked for refund but as they don’t reply, we are not expecting our refund any time soon. Stay away!

Ripped off wish I’d seen these other reviews first – Previously ordered was happy decided to buy when the summer deal came up ordered had ,money taken and no products arrived despite the confirmation email , I have sent multiple emails with no reply, totally scammed so not use them

This is a scam – Ordered 6th Jan 2022. Received nothing , they don’t exist. This is a scam do not waste your money. I will contact PayPal to get a refund.

They are not what they used to be – Ordered in 2021 and received order promptly. Ordered again in early January 2022. Promised 2-3 day shipping or 2 week max. After several unanswered emails I thankfully received my money back from PayPal. Will never order from them again.

Fraudulent – Shop through someone legitimate. Ordered early Feb 2022, the business doesn't exist. They are no longer on the building directory, and have removed their Facebook page. No answer to any of my emails. a month later and still no contact from them

Avoid! – I ordered at the end of Dec 2021 and received a shipping notification early Jan 2022. I never received my order and all of my follow up emails have been ignored (like everyone else on here).

was taken down. When i had ordered these masks there was a special on a sale i feel like they knew what they where doing by boosting their sales before they disappeared!!!

Order never arrived - ignored emails – I ordered a 3 pack of black masks in 2020, they arrived and I was happy with the quality. Ordered another 3 pack of the same on 27/12/2021, shipping notification email received on 05/01. I have emailed twice requesting they follow up on tracking as this has never arrived. There is no FB page anymore, Instagram largely inactive.. seems that this company may have packed up but is continuing to take orders?

Did not get what I ordered – Ordered a black mask with a vent. I received a plain black mask. After numerous emails and Facebook messages they responded. They told me they don’t sell the black masks with vents any more! I said well they are still on your website and that’s what I ordered. I asked for my money back but no reply! How can this company still be allowed to trade. I wish I had read these reviews first prior to purchase

Scammers! – Ordered off of this company last year, and it did take some time to get my order i was happy with my purchase. I ordered again over a month ago and i have had no communication from them at all. I have emailed and sent them numerous private messages and nothing. I feel like they just stole $56 dollars from me. I do not recommend this company at all!!
