what I had ordered. The following business morning, I was informed that the embroidered option would not be provided unless I paid an additional $74 (more than double the original price of the cap).

As this increased the total cost to approximately $130 for a single cap, I advised that this was outside my budget and requested that the order be cancelled.

Without any prior warning, I then received an automated message stating a refund of $35 would be processed, with $27 withheld as a “stocking fee.” I promptly emailed and called to resolve the issue and was told by multiple representatives that withholding this fee was company policy.

I explained that I had responded immediately to the order confirmation and again as soon as their follow-up email arrived the next business day. Regardless of timing, the core issue remained that the product being supplied did not match what I ordered.

After escalating the matter and raising concerns about consumer fairness, I was eventually told they would “do me a favor” by refunding the remaining amount. This was framed as a goodwill gesture, despite the error originating from their ordering system and process.

To be clear, this is not about the dollar value involved. Whether the amount was $27, $2,000, or more, the concern is the principle of how the situation was handled and the business practices behind it.

Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. The combination of an inaccurate order confirmation, unexpected price changes, and an attempt to retain a fee for a product that was not supplied as ordered raises serious concerns about transparency and customer service.

My tshirts turned out nothing like I ordered. Poor quality of the shirts and terrible customer service. Left with shirts I’ll chuck in the bin as they are useless and look terrible.

these notes and ensure that they went through as I definitely wanted to avoid that off-grey colour of the image appearing in the final product. I was told I would have to purchase another shirt. I wasn't willing to outlay more money as I still wasn't guaranteed that my request be fulfilled correctly and I don't think I should have to pay more money. Overall, very unhappy with the service.

support and Andrew handled my issue. He was fantastic. He responded quickly and he was knowledgeable and very helpful. He explained that the prints can slightly shrink when heated and that the print team do their best to place the logos correctly, however they are not to scale and there can be some discrepancy. He apologised and was more than happy to have all the items reprinted correctly and sent out to me. 10/10 customer service, I will use them again in the future just because of this alone. Aside from that, the print quality is great, the selection of clothing they have is fantastic too, and delivery/print time was fairly quick as well. Items arrived before the estimated delivery date. I recommend this business for custom printing needs.

Still haven't received my order – It has been over 5 weeks now and I still haven't received my product. I had absolutely no communication from them since the day I placed my order. been nice to have had that communicated to me. I also asked them to change the shipping address as by this stage I had moved house, and this was confirmed by them. After 4 weeks I emailed them again to find out where my order process was at only to be told I should have had it by now, at this stage, I just asked for a refund as I was extremely unsatisfied with the lack of communication and by the sounds of it, my order was nowhere to be seen. Which they were fine to give me. And then a week later (week 5) I had an email from them telling me my order has been shipped out to the incorrect address. I was really unhappy with the service of Print Bar and won't be ordering from them again, unfortunately.

Absolutely loved the outcome!!! – Had my business logos printed on some hoodies. They turned out better than expected. Customer service is friendly and very helpful to achieving my vision and ideas into reality. Would highly recommend. Thank you Print Bar!!!

Perfect - unbelievable service and quality – I have had multiple orders with Print Bar and they have exceeded my expectation every single time. The staff are friendly and the turn around time is exceptional. The quality of the product is second to none, i woult not use another company. I would give them 6 starts if it were an option!!!

Exceptional quality and service – Totally happy with my branded gym wear for my new studio - great price, terrific service and free delivery over $100. I highly recommend it to anyone. Such an easy suited and saves your designs for next time.

Had some issues but at the end, happy – Had some issues with the long dispatch time of the goods. But the manager solved my issue accordingly. However, staff members need to be trained properly to prevent unsatisfied customers.

Excellent print quality – Superb print quality with excellent colourfastness. For example, a T-shirt I had printed in brights in October 2015, which has been washed multiple times since, has faded very little. I also appreciate that the design is printed directly on the fabric, and is not a plasticised transfer.
