some fresh product scattered around ( which i supplied but needed to to be able to be printed in hi res ) they sent 5 different logos with carton like food products and then demanded again more money for the real images 195.00 extra.. giving me no choice but to change the logo to just writing as i needed it urgently. promise to do it in 48 hrs still waiting its been a month.... Today i called them and they tell me i have to pay for commercial use $300 ??????? on top of the $139 and i should have read the terms & conditions which were never given to me in the first place nor was an invoice for the payment until weeks of demanding i only got it today.. .. and the guy who answered the phone hung up on me when i asked to speak with someone higher to sort the issue out this is what is in there terms..... They are TERRIBLE!!!!!! – Do NOT use this service! Absolutely terrible! I asked them to redesign a logo I found on Canva then they used a different design on Canva!!!!!! Seriously? Absolutely pathetic service!

days to send through a design even though they mention they send designs in 48 hours, the design they sent through was very basic, looked like a template, I wet onto their portfolio and could see there were many websites using the same layout but they just change the pictures and colors, so not really custom designed to my disappointment.

The website took 2 months to build, mind you thins is only a simple 7 page website with pictures about my business and a contact form, not sure why it took them so long.

When I finally did get the website log in details I could see the website was very hard to use, you needed to know "basic coding" to update the website, well they told me at the start it would be drag and drop, so that was false advertising.

I also notice the website sends out lots of spam emails through the contact form, when asked to fix they told me it was going to cost $199 to fix which I thought was ridicules as it would not need fixing in the first place if they did it correct.

Needless to say I ended up stopping the website and getting it built elsewhere, I did not get any refund, seems like a scam company to me, be careful!

Pro Designers keep taking money out of my credit card without my approval – Pro Designers have taken money through direct debit without consent and Charged exorbitant prices for absolutely nothing without notice. Not Give Them Your Bank Account Details or pay any of their invoices as they store all of your details and start charging your card.

This is a scam, please do not use this service – I should have done more research before paying for their service. [name removed] from the business seem all genuine and prompt before I paid. But the ABN number supplied does not have this business as a subsidiary. I have launched a scam report with scamwatch.gov.au and hopefully, people will stop falling for this.

Misleading information and please keep away from this guys – this company is providing wrong information and try to take money. from the beginning there are providing wrong information and took the money. refund is not giving as they promised.

Fake! Fraudulent non existence company! I can not believe that I paid these guys to design a website for me – These guys are fake! Do not waste your money and time on them because they will not DELIVER what you pay for! Their selling pitch is PERFECT and ENTICING but they are not real Australian Company. The pro designers have no concept of customer service and will keep calling you to get more money but would eventually fail to deliver what you've paid for.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT USE! – I cannot believe I actually paid these guys for a website without researching properly.. They're not based in Martin Place, Sydney, they do not return calls, their communication with the English language is extremely poor, their understanding of how to produce a website is non existent and their design skills even worse. OMG - do not use them and help others by reporting this shonky so called business.

scam? you be the judge – 10 out of 10 for sales pitch! Took the payment & wont respond to msgs or emails. Promised a 24 hour turnaround & after 3 weeks i received a 'draft design' in another language. now their support chat box is blank. all i can say is do your research before you commit to money

Why haven't ASIC de-registered these con artists – Apart from false promises, they appear to be trading under an unregistered trading name and a false Sydney address. Beware of Michael Rooney's golden tongue. Don't use under any circumstances.

Absolutely a Scam – They took my money, Didn’t design anything or take any details about my company to design a logo. I cancelled my order with in 24hrs. I was promised a refund with in 24hours, then was told it would be 10 business days. After many phone calls I was then told 30 days here we are 40 days later and still no refund.

Worst Experience Ever – We paid for a logo design and a web site build. The logo design was extremely slow, poorly designed and absolutely no thought went in to it. We are lodging a formal written complaint to the ACCC we a view to refund all of our money. DO NOT USE THESE FOOLS

Absolute Joke - Emails and Website Not Working!!!!! – The Pro Designers are absolutely not professional. They have completely stuffed up our website and email accounts -just one problem after another. They do not respond to calls( call center passing on info , so no direct line). them also manages the email accounts and they had an isue with their server that had stopped all emails working for 48 hours and when they fixed the server issue all of the emails were deleted, they could not get them back and we had important information.

Warning - do not use them – Think we have been scammed. We paid them but they did not deliver. They said they will provide free logo design and then demanded more money for the work. Then ask for more money for SQL codes for the website to work. Now the Pro designer website link is blank with a chat bot. I suspect they are now setting other websites with references to Pro designer eg Loopcraft, Wix Pro designer - do be careful and investigate before paying.

Simply horrendous - Warning – Horrendous experience, simply the worst. As another reviewer put it, simply buy a $49 WordPress site and build it yourself. The quality of work is appalling, the customer service is non existent, the timeline - forget it. DO NOT BUY!!!

Looking back I could have bought a $49 Wordpress template & still would have not lost money!

It's been three weeks and they've not responded to my messages or emails. The phone number just goes to a hold tone then hangs up.

did not build their websites, false claims by The Pro Designers.

They promise in their phone sales pitch that you can get a refund if they do not deliver a suitable website design, this is completely false and they refuse to offer a refund after you've paid and they have now blocked my phone number so I have to call them via a private number just to get through.

The website I was after was just a simple 7 page website for my business so I could get my brand online and show my past work, so nothing to hard, not sure why they found it so hard.

Decided to pull the pin and went elsewhere, just be careful when using theprodesigners.com.au
