Amazing Catheter! – I have a spinal cord injury and have a supra pubic catheter (SPC). I used to get infections all the time until my specialist put me onto Amish from The Profile Shop. The double balloon catheters have changed my life for the better. My body reacts so well to them and the service from this company have been amazing. Communication, delivery and service TOP! severe pain at every change. The catheter does not block as frequently and I can happily go about my day without any concern on draining the catheter.

Pathetic! – I placed and order on the 1st March, 2022. ($500). Received confirmation email and my Credit Card charged accordingly. Almost 3 months later and still no delivery, and I paid extra for express delivery. Many emails, phone calls. Tried everything! No response. I am a recovering Cancer patient and the order was to assist in my recovery, as recommended by my Urologist. Beginning to think this company is a Fraud!

Dishonest – Placed an order 18th January which was confirmed in an email same day and payment taken from account. Heard nothing. Email queries ignored telephone calls not returned. Their call centre suggested I treat it as fraud.

Unhappy – Placed order by phone in the morning. Did not receive email confirmation. Called them again in the afternoon to check details. I was told everything was fine and order had gone out. Order did not arrive. Called them but no answer. Finally got through and got an apology but no explanation. I cancelled order. Thanks for wasting my time.
