The problem was addressed – The product I order was out of stock apparently and after weeks of waiting and three follow up emails someone contacted me adjacent me a full refund. They are a company hard to get in touch with but…… a they solved my problem. Thankyou

Censor me then the editor believes the lies told about me – So I got my comment censored and then banned on the riot act facebook page. When I complained to the editor he told me he spoke with the admin and the admin told him it was because I called them all f heads. (you can guess what the f stands for) which I never did. So the editor is as unprofessional as the staff. I have the email to prove it in case the Riot Act wants to find an excuse to ban this review.

Don't publish honest reviews and make their recommended tradies pay for the top spots – Riot-act website will only publish reviews that fit with their agenda. The reviews regarding tradies are paid for by the tradies every year to allow them to stay on there. I know this because I have to pay them for one of these ads. The reviews are not actual personal reviews by members of the public, they are now paid advertisements under the guise of honest feedback reviews. Very naughty practice
