I purchased 5 metal shelves from the shelving shop, delivery was seamless and fast unfortunately one shelf was slightly bent I notified the company with absolutely no hassles a replacement was sent free of charge with no charge for postage absolutely excellent service and the product is fantastic I give this company and easy 5 stars cheers Michael
Was skeptical because of the reviews but I received the order faster than expected (delivery to Sydney) . I haven't had my floating shelf installed yet but it looks good upon opening it.
Have ordered online 2 times from them now, the shelves are attractive and easy to install and very good value compared to the ones you get in Bunnings etc. They come in good time and keep you informed of delivery dates/times. Unfortunately a shelf got damaged in the last shipment but once I emailed a picture of the damage same day as delivery they sent out a replacement shelf immeadiately, very good customer service.
I am a return customer with another order. I placed the order shipping costs were included and the final balance was paid in advance as you would do. Waited a few days then received an email and a Pay Pal request for another $15, stating their courier wanted more for the delivery. I told them I was not paying more after the order was made. additional cost was not my responsibility. I will never deal with this company again. They have lost a customer over $15 ! Extremely unprofessional.
They deliberately hide damaged products at the bottom of the pallet that you do not find until well into building your selves. When I asked for a refund they blamed me saying I dropped them - terrible customer service. No longer returning my calls or emails. Basically a scam - claiming to be quality European products but in reality it’s cheap, damaged chipboard. Definitely do not recommend.
Bad customer service – My flic brackets arrived, but my glass shelf was slightly too thick. unscrewed the screws, they've been used. You can't return the product. I said," I haven't unscrewed anything, the glass wouldn't fit into the bracket" you have to screw out the screw to fit in the glass, he said. No, the glass edge wouldn't slip in, too thick, so no screw was undone. Oh so, you've taken the screw out now you can't get it back in he said. Then I said , I just want to get a refund, how do I do this. Well the cost of postage is not $2 anymore, and you can't get a refund for the postage you've already paid so it's probably best if you find a use for the ones you have, we have plenty of shelving on our web, plus we need tracking and a signature on the parcel, so work out if it's worth your while sending them back. After so much debating, I was so frustrated with this man I just said bye and hung up. So much for the easy returns I'm sure I saw on their site. Don't make a mistake with your order – Ordered six shelf brackets, approx $150 worth of goods, incl postage. Arrived in good order, within two weeks. As soon as I opened them, I realised I'd incorrectly ordered brackets twice the size of my shelf depth! a few days, and then let me know that I would need to pay for the return postage, with insurance, I wouldn't be refunded for the postage I'd already paid, and I would be charged 20% of the cost of my original order in admin fees. Also, an additional 5% because I'd used Afterpay. The customer service person was terse, bordering on rude, like I was really putting them out.
So. The upshot of trying to return and replace the brackets is that I'd be out of pocket almost $90 without a thing to show for it! They must've been aware that it was NOT cost-effective to return any of their products, because she actually suggested that I might be better off trying to sell the larger brackets on Marketplace myself. I would NOT advise anyone use this business - their customer service, and return policy, is absolute rubbish.

id expect from a German made product. Then strangely had to argue to have all three shelves returned as I was told by Susan that the shelf with the factory second look 'all have that finish' (despite the longer shelves of the same make and Colour not having a poor finish) and they they don't want to send new ones out as they fear I won't be happy with the quality. Also attempted to to tell me they'll now be losing money as for some strange reason their freight carrier has no insurance or accepts any responsibility for damaged goods. which may indeed be the case however not my problem. After eventually getting confirmation that replacement shelves will be sent out once the returns arrive I get an email with no phone call to say that we've inspected the replacement shelves and basically told me they are all like that and refunded my money. All I can put it down to is that with the cost to pick up the damaged good plus the cost to send them again meant they are losing money. Again not my problem if your business is run in such a way that a simple return for severely damaged goods means you cant provide a replacement without going out of business. Unfortunately that doesn't compensate me for all the time I've spent researching what to buy then buying, un packing, talking on the phone with Susan having to negotiate the return then repacking their shoddy products. Running a business myself id rather loose money on a deal and have a happy customer then give them every excuse under the sun as to why they cant send you a replacement product and have them as annoyed as I am for wasting so much of my time. long story short, go to Bunnings for your floating shelf needs! The finish is better quality then the so called German made products this store sells and you wont have to deal with their staff. Customer service definitely not their strong suit. I've also sent the images of the 'factory second' looking shelves off to Dolle for comment as I still find it very hard to believe that this would pass any level of quality control for a single product let alone a whole batch as Susan claims.
Great shelves, great price, great service – We bought the high-gloss, 1200mm floating shelves. They've been in use with a busy family of four for about a year now - they were reasonably easy to install, look fantastic, easy to clean and they still look great even with all the children have thrown at them !!!
Boon max shelving – Bought the boon max it fell apart after 3 months. No after sales customer service. Told I could buy replacement parts! Poor quality definitely not commercial quality Lucky my customer wasn’t hurt when it collapsed on to her.
Bad customer service – We had a broken shelf sent out to us and they refused to replace it because we did not open the box and realise it was damaged within 7 days of receiving the package. Good advice, easy online purchase and quick delivery – I called to check on a few options and was provided with useful information for what type of floating shelving I required. Order was placed online and shelf delivered to Brisbane by courier 2 days later. Very happy with service, delivery and product.

goods in the street [I live in the CBD.] Arranged re-delivery for today, two weeks ago. After waiting until 3.30 pm - and several telephone calls - I've been advised my goods aren't even on the truck! Now have to wait until 24th. Save yourself the hassle. I would hate to try and get a refund - when I phoned Shelving Shop and gave her the invoice number she was confused.
A pleasure to deal with – The shelving shop has one of the best ranges of quality shelves to meet any ones requirements.Top quality at good prices,easy to deal with online.I sourced corner shelving when no one in my area could supply it and now I have a very happy wife.
