Disappointing – Very disappointed with the product - very cheaply made considering how much it cost. Loose threads everywhere and already falling apart when I took it out the bag.
Poor quality and expensive s – The quality of the products I received was very poor, I would highly recommend not purchasing items from this company.

Won't buy from again! – Severely overpriced product made overseas. Quality is terrible too, had my lunch satchel strap perish after a couple of months & I took great care of it. Had other friends have product rip at seams & only given store credit which they don't want because they don't want to buy from again

Don’t order online if you are purchasing a gift and want within a month – Terrible service. Promote on their website they have been building up to this but not until you realise that your order hasn’t been posted that there website says may take 10 to 14 days to dispatch. the quick dispatch before this time. 14 days to dispatch and now won’t arrive until after Christmas. Other companies manage to dispatch within a few days with their orders arriving well before Christmas. Wish I read these reviews earlier. My gift will be returned for a refund as now I need to go out and purchase one for Christmas
Ordered but didn’t receive ⛳️ – Ordered with express shipping. 2 weeks later haven’t received it. Never received a confirmation email from Australia post either. These reviews have confirmed that it may in fact be a dodgy company.
Poorly Manufactured – Purchased a tote bag and the clip wasn’t properly installed, it was hanging out of the material, not making it a secure fastening for the bag. I returned it and received a replacement and the replacement had the exact same issue. Wouldn’t purchase from this company. Cheaply made.
Sloppy experience – After 4 days my order hadn’t been dispatched (despite promoting fast shipping within 1-3 days online) and when I agitated for an update was told they didn’t have stock of the item I’d purchased - leaving me without a gift ahead of a birthday on the weekend. they are saying that they have not received the item from Somewhere.co either. I have sent several emails to their customer service email, and no response at all. Overall the experience has been really disappointing. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone - ZERO STARS!

then the responses were all just asking for details like order number and photo of the strap that snapped. No apologies no intention of replacing or refunding. Not to mention the bags smell weird like those cheap products made in sweatshops.
Stay away from this shop. I have since found another real Aussie brand.
