back to The Storage Shop that sell the same product (kitchen bins) that use the same courier approach which looks suspicious to say the least. Also they have the same glowing reviews which are very coincidental. Avoid.

Excellent customer service and product – Had a small issue with an item. I called and was immediately assured that a replacement would be sent the next business day. It was, and the replacement was perfect.

Poor quality bucket bin – I bought a plastic half-round bin, 11 litre. It is rubbish. It arrived with 2 splits in the rim. It is cheap and nasty.

Excellent customer service and quality product – I ordered a wardrobe shelving system online and realised I had ordered the wrong size. When I called in the morning to ask if I could get it changed, they were incredibly helpful and even called back to let me know I had ordered the wrong amount of drawers. It came super quick from interstate and when there was an issue because of the changes we had made to the order, they fixed it no charge. Would definitely use them again.

Fantastic product and service – We had 2 large pantry cupboards in the kitchen that were so deep you could never find what you wanted. theses guys came and measured up and advised what we could do. shelving is fantastic, the workmanship was excellent and the service great. He was in and out in a couple of hours and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend this company for the level of care and the service they provided.

Two years later one of the shelves broke. We called them to get them to come out and repair it. Storage Shop apologised profusely and came out the next day. They had never seen one fail that way. In 48 hrs it was fixed no charge. These guys give amazing service.
