The Vape Store

I ordered from Vapestore valued at $214.35. After a month I sent them a message about my goods. They replied saying I needed to pay another $203.00 before my goods are sent. They said it was a delivery fee. I have limited funds. This is so unfair. Mean and terrible people.

I have just been ripped off by vapeshopaustralia.com. Bunch of con artist. Once payment is received they don’t confirm the order and go silent. When I asked if they received payment they said no.

SCAM f#KN scam dogs. KALE VINES. Paid,sent receipt, then nothing. Won’t even reply to website chat-emails. Full rip off. Reporting them to fair trade and report scam. Any reporting advice welcome

ZERO STARS. I can't believe I got scammed out of 250 dollars. All I can say is I wish them happiness and a life free of suffering because life is too short to wish people evil.

Scammer!! BJ Mellington. This payment was made via PayID to what I have since discovered to be a fraudulent website. After making the payment, I was contacted by the person claiming that my goods were being shipped via a courier company called Aux Post, and that I needed to pay an additional $130 to the courier to release my goods. This raised significant suspicion, as it is a common scam tactic.

I recently got scammed out of a lot of money I put this on Trustpilot and it has put up the wrong shop it was not the vape store it was Thc vape store who scammed me not the vape store so I’d just like to apologise my review has put up wrong vape store Thc vape store scammed me but now changed there name to SUNDROP do not go near 100 per cent scammers

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! It is a scam. I placed an order on 30 April and have been following up since. They've stopped responding and when you go to the website, the chat facility will not respond at all. I am now in the process of disputing this transaction with my bank. Also in the process of getting this reported to the authorities.

SCAM!! – SCAM SCAM SCAM! Vapesshopsaustralia.com is a scam, they will get you to transfer money and be fast at responding to get you to send the money and then they will ignore you and not respond and scam you

A complete scam! – Absolute con artist. All talk when buying, great communication until they get your money........ Opted for Pay ID, then they decided they want a bank transfer. Received confirmation they got the money and I would receive tracking information that afternoon ......a week later with daily messages to them and nothing...... absolute scam!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM – SCAM! Transferred the money as was requested. Didn't hear anything for days over a weekend. Messaged them on Monday and Carlton West said my bank had rejected the transfer. The money was out of my account and in theirs. No proof of rejection was supplied despite requests, and have since heard nothing back from the scammers. If it's too good to be true (vapes available in Aust) then it usually is. SCAM SCAN SCAM!

Ripp off – I got Ripped off from The Vape Store. They were quick to answer questions and confirm they have stock with fake prompts on their website announcing people buying from them (I.e. John Smith just bought such and such). Purchased in Dec-2024 with value $300 and was never delivered.

Scam they take money and not deliver products!! – SCAM SCAM SCAM stay away!!! They are absolute rip off merchants!!! Luckily the bank reimbursed but stay away peoples use anyone but these scamming flogs!! Not a reputable company at all

Good but not – Hi I like ur products but I haveing a problem with one ove the vapes I got it is the blueberry one I have got a nother one did U won't me to check that one what happens is I'll be sucking in and then it will flash an can't vape ??? Terrible – The geek vape starter kit includes everything you'll need... except of course a battery, of a specific kind, which you'll need to pay an extra $15 for (shipping not included)

SCAM!! – Do NOT purchase through this website, they will be attentive at first and then they will block or ignore you. My order was $150 (minimum) and then they wanted $300 for a license and an additional $500 for insurance. They tell you this when it is TOO LATE. Now I am nearly $500 out of pocket

Scams – I organised a 50 pound paid the bitcoin said they would deliver . 1 month on - scammed and paying the price for trusting these people. Guys they trick you with there prices .Its a scam

Best Customer Service - Charlie – My order *643 brought on 11/11. After 5 days of waiting, I gave Vape store a call. Charlie was very clear and patient in explaining the cause of the delay. In order to complete my order, he went the extra mile to sort out my needs and post it on Express. Which I didn't expect and was greatly grateful. Best Price in town and service. Highly recommended to everyone.

Order was on Time and As described – Order was very timely and was as described. Used a site in WA called Vapor State they were TERRIBLE. This site is 100 times better with communication and service. Will be using this site again for sure.
