Shocking!! – I ordered a watch in February this year, after 2 days the face was steaming up. I returned the watch immediately. After weeks and weeks of chasing for updates about 3 month after they had my watch back they replied saying they the manufacturer cannot repair the watch and I have to pay an additional £80 for a replacement. Obviously I was not going to pay more. I asked for them to return the broken watch and they refused to do that as well. So basically they held it to ransom until I had a family friend who works for the ombudsman send a lengthy email the other day. I have only just received my watch back today! Proceed with caution and heaven forbid the watch is faulty once received!! I will never use them again.

Lost watch from more than 40 days and no refund till now – For my order reference : TWH00000050591 The watch was dispatched from thewatchhut warehouse on 20/07/2016 as they told me by email I didn't receive it till now... it's more than 40 days now and I didn't receive it. I sent email to customer service to ask them about the watch in 9/8/2016 and they answered me (Unfortunately your order may be lost, and we have to process a 'Lost in Post' claim with DHL, but we do have to wait 21 working days before we can process it, as it is stated in our terms and conditions point 6.3.

Should you do not have received your order on 18/08/2016, please contact us and we will be able to offer you a replacement or a refund.)

I sent to them another email in 21/8/2016 to tell them I didn't receive the watch and after several emails from me and no answer from them - they reply me in 23/9/2016 : ( Thank-you for your inquiry.

The refund will be made today. Please allow 3 working days for the money to be credited to your account.)

in 28/8/2016 I went to my bank and there is no refund till now and I sent to them several mails and no answer from them.

Crooks – Absolute criminals!! Ordered a gift from Australia. Bought in Australian $ and was charged the exact same amount in £ meaning I've paid over double!! A mistake I can handle but to refuse to refund because I paid with a UK credit card is insane!! If the cost had been 6,000 in Japanese Yen would they have charged me £6k?! I will NEVER do business with them again.

Prompt and careful – This London online store has a very broad range of watches to choose from and does ship to Australia. I order two inexpensive watches ($16.77 each) and found the shipping price was astonishingly cheap ($7.72) The estimated arrival time was one week from the date of order. My reaction to that was a sarcastic "Oh yeah. In that case I'll be lucky to see these watches at all." But sure enough, they arrived a week later well packaged, attractively presented and in good working order. And the final price was cheaper than if I had purchased from the shop. I couldn't believe my luck, which is why I want to shout about this company to all the world. It was my first online purchase, and now I'll be less sceptical about doing it again.
