If only I could give negative stars!! I ordered a double pack of Jelly Bras from The Pink Galaxy and received two completely different sizes. I emailed to arrange an exchange of the wrong size and their (complete lack of) Customer Service team were instantly obstructive. They said initially the order was correct (WTH?) and then said underwear couldn’t be exchanged but offered me a $5 refund on a $25 bra. After 10 completely unsuccessful emails I contacted PayPal and they refunded the entire cost within a matter of minutes. DO NOT engage with this company under ANY circumstances.
