Service Second To No One – This company has old school service and other companies should take a leaf out of Thermofans book of policies. I purchased a Thermofan TF1800 through one of their distributors and found it was faulty. I rang Thermogroup for advice and found them very helpful, they asked if I could try a few test first and unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. However they quickly responded with sending a replacement within 24 hours attached with a reply package to return the faulty heater. I highly recommend this company.
