The product does not match the description at all. Orthopedic support: None whatsoever. Luxurious leather comfort: Not leather — just cheap hard plastic. Relief from foot pain: Zero. Hard, unsupportive, and uncomfortable. Stable non-slip sole: Completely false — slippery molded plastic with no grip.

Perfect fit: Very uncomfortable; the material is stiff plastic and unforgiving.

On top of that, the company does not respond to emails, and there’s no clear return or refund process on their website.

⚠️ Do not purchase — this is a total waste of money and a very disappointing experience.

 Follow-up  · Sizing was a little big . Delivery wasn’t timely either . Customer service was terrible. Returns will need to be sent to China at own expense
