Hard to use, tricky to navigate and choose seats (and god forbid you want a single seat!) without having to sign in and then resign in, and then change your password and try again. Ticketek's only redeeming feature is the function to utilise qantas FF points. Which helps cover those unnecessary fees they tack on. Why do orgs keep using this shit? There are other platforms.

Jim was the funniest comedian I have seen in a long time. And to unexpectedly meeting him after the show and give him a hug was the icing on the cake. Will definitely go back again to see him

Very uplifting and put a smile on my face ! Nat Bassingthwaite, Rob Mills and John Waters were fabulous, as well as the whole cast. Gareth Isaac almost stole the show !
Waitress was fabulous. We couldn’t fault our shod on Sat 13/6 matinee. Strongly advise do not miss out. A feel good show with reality underlying the story . Show reply
Waitress the musical was fantastic! We enjoyed every minute off it. It was better than exoected, from props, costumes, the acting. It was funny, dramatic and a little sad, it realky had everything.

Still locked – I have the app and bought tickets $400 and 3 days before the event tickets still locked.so rang and tryed to sort out and there telling me that they are unlocked so took a picture and sent it to show still locked..ended having to go all the way in… Read more
there to sort out and drop tickets off to people I bought them for ..not happy I will never buy through app agian and all the other people that also had the same problem and were waiting in the line at the box office were very angry having to have a day off work to sort this out so close to the event. So I have checked agian next day and still locked and event is tomorrow lucky I went in there yesterday morning and got tickets. Poor people who haven't done this. bad business ticketek..

Follow-up · We stayed at a hotel near by so not sure how the parking is at the venue but the venue itself and seating was fantastic.
Oh! What a Night. I was expecting a night of fun & laughter, but nothing like what I witnessed. The 2nd support act was brilliant and I must find out more about him. However JJ was incredible. Follow-up · We were late booking our tickets, so naturally all the best seats were gone but our seating was ok. We had an uninterrupted view of the stage and the big screens ware good for facial expressions, which were amazing. With a comedy act being front and centre isn't all that important. Very funny inappropriate and we had a great night. Jim stayed much longer after the show had finished and kept telling his stories. This is the third tour we’ve seen and we will definitely be seeing his fourth. Show reply

Poor customer service.. i wish I could give zero stars. You pay extra for refundable tickets but unless they decide your request is valid you wont get one if you a dying in bed you MUST send proof to get a refund. I will never use them again, your system is a joke.

The show had not changed since the last time we watched it. We also couldn’t see, due to multiple rows of tall adults in front of us despite paying for the seats below VIP.
Terrible experience with their Marketplace. Ridiculous hold on payment until 30 days after event, even when the event is over 6 months away. This company will hold funds from both my initial purchase and the person who purchased my tickets on the market place. I can only assume this is done to make their numbers look good, or maybe artificiality… Read more
inflate their bank accounts for extra borrowing power. I would have kept the tickets if I had known the money would not be paid to me until 30 days after the event. Their reasons for doing this are dubious at best. They have double the money now, they reissued the tickets to the person who bought them. Its beyond ridiculous. STAY AWAY from this predatory service!

Fun for the whole family! What a great morning out in a beautiful arena. Just wish the show came to Adelaide so we didn't have to travel to Melbourne to experience this awesome show.
