run a business. I have purchased tickets several times and the performances were excellent. However, that is a completely separate issue. Customer service should not be limited to just selling tickets.
Not happy with ticketek. Due to a website error when purchasing tickets right at the payment screen I have been double charged for tickets at $700. The issue happened 4 weeks ago with no resolve in refunding my money. No number available to call to escalate the refund. Have been told the refund can take 30 days which is not acceptable when it was not my issue that I was charged twice.

really cool with the pups walking out! I understand for illusion they couldn’t turn around but if they have an alternative that would be great as they looked odd walking off sideways and backwards.

Great show, very interactive, granddaughter absolutely had a ball. The staff at the venue were absolutely lovely and accommodating as grandpa had a scooter. The only negative was the prices of the small toys
Fantastic! Was better than I thought it would be. Really took into consideration the young audience, super interactive and engaging for the little ones. My two kids loved it and so did my husband and I. Wouldn definitely go again.
Better than anticipated, very interactive and the staff were incredible, lots of options after the interactive experience and kept the kids entertained the entire time.
Very enjoyable, and I loved how interactive it was for the audience! It was a lot of fun not just for kids, but for adults too. Superb casting as well!

Excellent show, so well done with all the characters. Spidey & Friends, Superkitties were a hit with my little one. Lots of talent involved and kids had a great time. Probably best kids show we’ve seen for a longtime.

We had the best day! It show was incredible the interactive experience of the show was awesome!! My kiddie ranging from 6, 3 and 1 all loved it!! The experience of buying the tickets was easy and smooth!
Overall it was a fun experience, the kids enjoyed it, but it’s not something I would take them to do again

music or background noise really detracted from the performance and the woman sitting in front of me blocked most of my view of Isabelle Hupert so I couldn’t see the acting although I could hear it. I also thought it was too long but that was mainly because the music was so awful.
Follow-up · The Tiger Lillies have a very black sense of humour and they are great musicians - an excellent combination The Cherry Orchard was an exceptional production. The best thing was probably the set, but it was fast paced and the actors were very good in a typically Korean way. The music was just an assault on my ears - too loud, too electric, no tune, no relation to the plot.
I sold my cricket tickets on ticketek marketplace in October last year and I am still waiting for my money from the sale. Good thing I didn't need the $200 to survive.

Should have cancelled the Nitro Circus show on the Gold Coast on Saturday night but allowed to continue in thunderstorms and rain, endangering the public safety and breaking their own terms and conditions. Absolutely horrible customer service.
Follow-up · Communication has been terrible, consistently blaming the promoter or the venue. Refund hasn't been provided, media has been contacted and department of fair trading. Safety procedures not followed by Ticketek and public safety was put as risk to attend the event.

Ticketek mobile app. However, when I try to view my tickets in the app, I repeatedly get the error message “THIS WAS UNEXPECTED. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.”
I have tried multiple troubleshooting steps, including:
Restarting my phone
Updating iOS to the latest version
Logging in and out of the app
Logging in on another device
Offloading and reinstalling the app
None of these methods have worked. The concert is approaching, yet I still cannot access my tickets.
I submitted an online enquiry (Enquiry No. 4128755). While I did receive a reply after two days, the response did not resolve the issue, and there has been no further follow-up since.
This is extremely frustrating, especially with the event less than two weeks away. Ticketek, if you see this, please assist urgently and provide a resolution ASAP.

groups before you that are incredibly loud make hearing anything almost impossible. It would be great if they could make it more acoustically tolerable for anyone with kids who are hard of hearing. The staff are next level and interact with the adults and children alike without issue to keep things moving, but being able to know where in the adventure you are would be helpful for some. It would also be great for the kids to have the photos at the end not so rushed so they can spend a minute or two with Bluey and Bingo instead of being rushed as they tend to feel like they don’t have a meaningful interaction with them considering the time spent going through and the build up to it. Would also be great to meet Bandit and Chilli too. Overall it was a great adventure and worth the money! The play area at the end is good but would be great if it was available pre and post show. Worth it and hope they move it to other states.

We've never laughed so much. The show was a hoot from start to finish. The actors were great and very versatile. The only drawback was the seating, we were in the second row dress circle. Some parts of the stage were blocked out by the positioning of the seat in front not being positioned to give a clear view
