Absolutely shocking website. Try and buy 2 tickets on the row end. Keeps saying cannot must leave 2 seats free. Well there are 11 free!!!! Won’t go to payment section. Times out while trying again. No actual person to speak to. Were trying for Pretty Woman in Perth. Gave up. Not going.
Advertised to buy online and save, yet the processing fee made it more than what it was if i was to purchase at the venue. Absolute stitch up by the organiser of the event and ticketmaster.
Tickets ordered online and NEVER arrived, so you LOSE your money. You click on "view your tickets" and your phone just hangs up forever. Ticketmaster are IMPOSSIBLE to contact. Tried their "email help" and didn't even get an acknowledgement. Will never use them again.

Terrible experience, customer service replies are like bots – As mentioned I would like to refund my tickets as per your email confirmation, I will only get my tickets on 29th October which is after the concert on 24th October. This means I am not receiving the goods I paid for. After reading this fine print, I bought Sydney tickets instead and non collectors one to avoid this issue as I wasn't able to get… Read more
into contact with you guys and get a refund as per my multiple contact through online.
Tia, read my initial enquiry and responded, however thereafter, molly took on the ticket and asked me to provide evidence to escalate the issue which I did, which Tia then followed up on my response to provide evidence again, which she already saw in my initial enquiry. The level of customer service here is appalling unless it is two different people with the same name.
Nonetheless, after asking me to provide evidence from my Sydney show (which is not by Ticketmaster), she rejected the claim. Evidence are all attached.
1. Firstly the service I paid for is said to not be given in the fine print of the confirmation, so I have legitimate grounds to ask for a refund 2. The customer service rep asked me to provide evidence on the fine print, and evidence that I bought tickets to another show so she can help with the issue but rejected it thereafter.
They said the promoter does not want to refund, which is fair but I believe for the mistake that Ticketmaster did with the comms, it should be refunded by Ticketmaster, not the promoter.
Ultimately, no resolution has been made with the team claiming they have reached out to the promoter but the promoter saying no to a refund. However, as mentioned above, as the mistake is by Ticketmaster's side, the refund should be given by Ticketmaster, if the promoter does not want to as the promoter was not the one who made the mistake.
I can't believe this company is allowed to operate in Australia. I've purchased 3 tickets for United Cup in Sydney. Then I had to transfer 2 of them to my friend and resell mine because I had to travel overseas. Neither the transfer nor the resale worked. The app is poorly designed and has glitches. The worst is if you need some help from them -… Read more
no phone number to call! I'm going to get my refund using my bank's services to dispute the transaction.
Absolute waste of time trying to book through their site. Even if you can login having to renew your password, add your phone etc the site stalls and doesn’t work. A joke! Prefer not to buy anything through them EVER!
Trying to buy tickets to A concert in my town, and I can't get passed this? What the heck does this mean? I have had the same account for years, for some reason I'm getting this screen, I've logged in and out multiple times, ended up creating a new account with my 11 year old email address. Was able to buy the tickets I wanted then.
Ordered tickets 5 months ago to a music event. Since then TicketMaster must have changed their app, because I'm going to the event in 2 days and still can't access my account on my phone witch is the ticket. Can't update the app, uninstalled and reinstalled several times, only to be told that the app is no longer active, and to download the new… Read more

capital theatre directly and have been informed the dates ive asked for are available, yet Ronald comes back with they are not. This company needs to be investigated as to why they have such crappy customer service. So disappointed in this. Will lodge a complaint with fair trade.
Follow-up · I was able to get a custom service agent to finally help me, I had my tickets exchanged and even received a partial refund.
I had tickets to watch the stereophonics but they cancelled the Australian part of the tour. I received an email saying that i would receive a refund on to the card that i purchased the tickets within 14-21 days. I contacted ticketmaster as i no… Read more
longer had that card so i needed to change the details. I was told that i would need to wait the 14-21 days for the payment to bounce, then wait for ticketmaster to contact me then provide them with another accounts details and then wait a further 14-21 days to receive that payment. I told ticketmaster that this was not acceptable and that i wanted to change my account details now. I was told multiple times that this was not possible until, all of a sudden it was possible and I received an email with a EFT payment request form. I filled out the form and sent it back via a replied email as it stated that it needed to be. I then contacted ticketmaster a few days later to see if they had received the email. To which they said that they had not. I was then told that it needed sending via the website. To which i did. Days later I received another email asking for the last 4 digits of the original bank card that i purchased the tickets with. Again, the issue i had is that i didn't have the account or bank card. They repeatedly told me that i could not get MY MONEY back without these details. Then all of a sudden, i didn't need the details. It has been a total of 30 days and i still have not received my refund back from ticketmaster. Very poor customer service, very poor communication and just a generally poor experience. Just hope you never have an issue with your concert or else ticketmaster will try and keep your money!
Follow-up · I still have not got my money back yet. I am currently 2 months in as of 16/12/2025. I would not recommend using Ticketmaster at all but as they have tickets to most of the concerts, you maybe forced to use them unfortunately. I have been lied to and requests for information were ignored on multiple occasions. The way Ticketmaster treats its customers is appalling and needs to be reviewed immediately.

Excellent Service – [Name Removed] from Ticketmaster works at [Name Removed] on Saturdays. Her personality, friendly Customer Service and Leadership skills cannot go unnoticed. or turnstiles, it was fixed immediately.
During Carnival at our busiest period, [Name Removed] has been an instrumental to me, hands on with scanning members tickets to speed up the process.
[Name Removed] has trained me on how to check turnstiles wifi is on or off. How to use a hand scanner and all its features, for instance changing from an entry to exit, change to pedestal mode, how to scan tickets saved on a wallet.
Positive Experiences – We have had two experiences with ticketmaster recently. The first time we wanted to buy a additional ticket for same concert but had to move seats so we could all sit together and the second time we needed to change the date of the event and asked for similar priced tickets on new date. All was done by email and ticketmaster replied to our queries quickly and efficiently.

Easy and quick to use – Easy to use - best platform for buying tickets, having spent hours on Ticketek (their competitor), I was pleasantly surprised and happy to find that Ticketmaster is a far superior platform!

BE CAREFUL I purchased tickets to the Royal Easter Show. At the end of the purchase, the cart had timed out and I was told to try again. I repeated the purchase and then found that both purchases had been successful. I had been charged twice. Ticketmaster refused to refund the second purchace despite admitting that they were at fault.
I bought tickets for the Sydney Royal Easter show for the Sunday the 5th of April. When I got there I went to get my tickets and they informed me that they were made for the Thursday the 2nd of April. I didn't book for that day I booked for the Sunday they then informed me at the ticketmaster booth that I have to pay for two more tickets and get a… Read more
refund for the other two as it was their stuff up. I have now been informed that I wont be receiving a refund. This is appalling and I will be taking this further taking advantage of consumers in this tuff times.
I am trying to redeem two tickets that I have already paid for. I have found two seats side by side but I have been advised I can only book on ticket at a time. Then when I try to do so I receive a pop message I can't procced as I will leave a single seat unbooked. It is a very silly and unnecessarily complex process which makes it impossible for me to book the seats I am after.

Got on to NFL queue, got logged off to verify an account I have had for 10 years. Only to get put back on waiting list 40,000 places after. Worst sale structure ever. Not to mention they allow pro resellers and bots to get in vitually first and take all the good tickets. If you not in the first 1000 forget it. Tried the AMEX sale early but was still 65,000 in the queue. Waited and by the time I got on the cheapest ticket was $900. BULLSH!T.
Disgraceful customer service! Attempting to contact them many many times over a week. Just getting generic responses back. Cannot talk to a real person. Their exchange policy a farce. engage their refund or exchange procedures. Really! A global crisis doesnt entitle us to exchange the Anastasia tickets for a later date when hopefully we could get over there? A global crisis! Not severe enough? Ombudsman here we come. Only recommend buying tickets at the very last minute as this businesses statements of being supportive are not true!
I just bought tickets for tomorrows Royal Easter Show and got entry and reserve seating tickets for 8:30am this morning. I contacted ticketmaster immediately and got a useless bot. I contacted Royal Easter Show who acknowledged the terrible service from Ticketmaster. I encourage anyone who has been unlawfully charged by ticketmaster to request a reverse charge from their bank and report to their local fair trading for charging for a past event.
I cannot access my account because I need my very old phone number I do not have access to. Will not allow me to update phone number because it only sends codes to old phone number. Very old outdated technology. Should not have a monopoly on buying tickets. I call it plain lazy management.
I have had to cancel my trip to the USA and have tickets for a show in Las Vegas which I want to re-sell through the Ticketmaster reselling system. I am in Australia, they took my payment from my Australian credit card but refuse to pay me back (when the tickets sell) unless I have a US or Canadian bank account. This of course cannot happen! Disgraceful!!!

Trying to book tickets. Getting "Cannot book due to adjacent seats left". No there's not. This site is a scam that should be shut down. My guess is politicians get theirs free so that won't be happening. There are no phone numbers and the ones that do just close the call. Ripoff company and site.
A disgusting lack of service. Ticketmaster has a monopoly and couldn't give a you know what about anyone The chat service has no idea It offers suggestions that I've already explained don't work There's no phone number to call It's only for accessible enquiries Leave a message and they don't call you back I wish Aussies would stop buying any tickets for any shows with them and show them who has the true power
Very disappointing experience with Ticketmaster support. The responses felt generic and repetitive, and it often seemed like no one was actually reading my messages. After three days of back-and-forth with no real resolution, the only solution offered was PDF tickets, which could have been provided days earlier but were instead sent just hours before the event. To make matters worse, the phone number provided for support was disconnected. Overall, extremely poor customer service. I won’t be using Ticketmaster again.
we bought three tickets to the crowded house concert in December 25. one of us had a health problem and we could not go. trying to get a refund is a non starter despite their refund policy. ticket number. Tried a couple of phone numbers. the first one - disconnected. The second one gives a response that says they are too busy to answer so they hang up. We have tried emails and everything we could think of...all you get is ticket numbers. Forget about getting a real person to answer... it doesn't happen. Surely Consumer Affairs should investigate this!
Not having a local phone number means ticket master is garbage. I had to use my brother in laws phone to book tickets. Why is there not a better ticket service?? It is unbelievable they have such a monopoly and provide such bad service
Not even one star. Their poor response to inquiries over the phone led me to a Yelp website which purportedly gave the number for Sydney. inflation of ticket prices - ive been looking at AO tickets to purchase with my friends. We had a look at 11:30 and by 12:00 the prices went up $20 per ticket, still an abundant amount of seats available... shocking. Had to settle for far seats cause of this.
Could not check out as guest. Had to create an account which required both email and phone number verification - too much information to provide in the first instance.
