Purchased 4 x tickets to watch the Lakers play in January 2025 as a highlight to a USA trip. Wildfires happened and our accomodation was cancelled, we moved the trip and missed the game. ACCEPT CHEQUES. so I returned with a letter from multiple banks confirming this to see a transfer to my bank account, they cannot do this due to different regulations between the countries, so I’ve had to use a third party to assist in the transfer. It’s now May 2025 and I’m still out of pocket and losing hope for any resolution. I will not use again. I will not re-sell on here again. Next time I’ll look to buy any ticket on the day.

Staff friendly enough, however they have zero urgency and everytime you get someone new on the email it restarts the explanation. Truly maddening. I’m sure it’s set so you simply give up.

Terrible Customer Service – I bought 2 tickets to Blink 182's concert in Sydney in February 2024. Unfortunately I was unable to attend so resold the tickets through Ticketek Marketplace in 2023. 2024, it is now the 19 June 2024 and I haven't received a refund. This is totally inappropriate.

I was informed by customer care that the refund was processed on 5 March 2024, but I have not received any funds yet. It should not take this long to receive a refund for tickets which I sold through "legitimate means".

Reliable – Sold my tickets on ticketmaster resale and got my money in the bank within 9 days. Customer support was really good too, they were polite and fast with replying emails. Would definitely use again!

No effort at resolving a customer issue – If you buy 2 tickets to an event, transfer a ticket to your wife/friend/partner to use and for whatever reason you both cant go, you can resale your original ticket but not the transferred on. Dreadful Seat Distribution – I lined up at 10am and logged into the Ticketmaster site on Monday for seats to the NRL semi-final at McDonald Jones stadium. because I am am 82 and my wife 77 we CANNOT access steep stairways. Our usual seats are Platinum on the ground Bay 55. We chose this postion solely because of their accessibiliy. We. are now seated in Bay 59 and that only after rejecting numerous computer generated offers. The system is truly CRAP needs to be improved. No Phone Service – On 19th April, 2022 I wanted to buy an accessible ticket to the Easter show. The only way to buy one was to ring the number listed on the Ticketmaster website. After calling the number and listening to all the preamble, the call disconnected. I retried several times with the same result. This surely is an unacceptable way to treat people with a disability.

2 months after event - still haven't been paid – It has been 2 months since the event that I sold my tickets was held with 5 tics worth app $1000. I have not been paid the funds & have raised an only query twice to Ticketek marketplace with no response. I have also msg Ticketek via Facebook and they directed me back to Ticketek Marketplace. The Ticketek phone line disconnects so cannot speak to someone directly to solve issue. Appalling service.

Ripoff – Trying to buy concert tickets on the normal Ticketmaster, tells me sale starts next day at noon and shows a countdown. I check in next day 2 min before noon and suddenly there's already a queue! unable to get an answer. I sent an email on 31/1/21 listing the issues I was having to the email address provided. I Received a response on 8/2/21 advising they hade received my email and that ‘Due to the large number of requests we have received lately, it is taking us slightly longer than usual to respond.’ (Maybe the large number of requests was due to the website not working. Just a thought.) I have now received a final response on 4/5/21 (3 months after my initial enquiry). This email did not offer any assistance in resolving the issues i had. It did however advise that i could now get in contact with ‘Ticketmaster Resale’ website via a hyperlink that they had provided in the email.

I did not use that link as Luckily i had already sold the tickets by another website, as the concert is on in 1 weeks time.

states the phones are unmanned due to Covid reduced staffing - however, I do recall trying to contact Ticket Master prior to Covid & it was impossible then also. No wonder people resort to scalpers!! Never received my money..... Scam! – I sold my tickets, received an email that they were sold and that I would receive my money 7-10 days after the event. You get what you deserve – Those who buy tickets with no intention of attending a gig, who then want to sell their tickets at an inflated price through the same bloody vendor deserve every bit of bad karma and difficulty that they seem to be experiencing. Scalpers and Ticketmaster Resale - who enables this behavior so they can double dip - are corrupting the concert experience for fans. Get a real job.

rather rude email saying that I had failed to provide the tickets (which is not true) and therefore I would not be paid for them. + I had to pay listing fees + I had to pay a $100 administration fee. Garbage!!! I happen to know for a fact that the people who purchased my tickets had successfully entered the venue and enjoyed the concert!!

What this company did is the following; * They charged me for the price of the tickets by lying and saying they had refunded the price of them to the buyer because they couldn't gain entry to the concert. * Then they charged me listing fees for the sale of the the tickets (even though according to them the sale didn't happen) * They also charged me $100 administration fee (for what?!) * In total they unlawfully took all this money from my credit card and pocketed the money as well from the ticket buyer.

I'm currently taking the matter further with the ACCC. Stay away from this company!!

Not great – Terrible website. Not user friendly or time friendly . Easier and quicker to open up a back account and that takes forever I’d suggest looking at your website and reworking it to fit modern day standards

to the event as they required a "hard copy" of the ticket, that I would not be receiving payment for the ticket & that I was liable for a $100 administration fee.

I have disputed this decision as; I never purchased a "hard copy" ticket, my purchase was an online 'EzyTicket' print at home pdf. I was never contacted prior to, or on the day of the event (if a problem did arise). I conducted my own investigation & contacted the original vendor, which (to my surprise) confirmed that the ticket was scanned into the venue.

I have provided this evidence to Ticketmaster Resale. Yet they ignore it, still deny payment & request the $100 administration fee.

Resale – Reading through the reviews. Clearly the resale is a massive scam. I hope everyone takes the warning now. It is a massive scam. We tried to look interstate to buy tickets and once we returned to the sight even that was taken down. Some paid computer scammers through Ticketmaster. Keep your money people. Just terrible - From a Seller’s point of view – I sold 2 of my 4 tickets to a concert, and noted they added $55 per ticket (the poor buyer has to pay). Straight up SCAM! – Googled KISS tickets, heaps of results including www.ticketmaster.com.au followed the link but didn’t realise that it directs you to their resale url. Basically ended up paying $500 for two tickets which originally only cost $99 a piece - information that is only revealed AFTER completing the purchase. Of course they say no refund is possible, it’s all out of their hands etc etc

instantly- I should not have to pay for two tickets just because one company was too incompetent to send me the ticket I paid for.

They kept telling me "the seller may not have access to a computer" WHY ARE WE RELYING ON PEOPLE WHO DON'T WORK FOR YOUR COMPANY TO HANDLE TICKETS- GET THEM TO GIVE IT BACK TO TICKETMASTER THEN PROVIDE THE TICKET ONCE SOMEONE HAS PURCHASED IT.

I'm incredibly upset BEYOND comprehension and feel as though I've been tossed aside. ZERO sense of urgency. Can I swear? – I will never! Ever! Use ticketmaster again! Spent over $800 on tickets just to get an email back saying that the seller has already sold the tickets.
