and to send the jacket back which increased by $2 after I had rejected the refund amount for I wasn’t getting what I paid for. There was no service at all from the customer service replies and I wonder if it was just a standard template that I had received. Escalated matter to PayPal which ended in me sending the product back and getting a refund of the freight but not for the product as tracking was not available which my local post office had advised otherwise when I brought the parcel in. Gave up getting seller to be accountable. Please don’t bother spending any of your hard earned money or precious time on any of their products.
