I have only positive things to say about Tiger Containers. Tony from Sales was very helpful, explaining the product options, costs, ordering and delivery process. I wish I had taken a video of the delivery and placement of our new container onto our prepared pad. Garreth was fantastic! His skill, precision, and care demonstrated a work ethic not often seen these days. Thank you
Poor quality container/communication and customer service – I ordered a custom size container from Tiger. When it arrived, it had major dents and all kinds of damage all over. The doors were also very stiff. I felt it was not what I paid for. $5753. I had also advised the company that they should prob use a crane truck to get it in and sent them pics. to get it in the spot and was extremely disruptive for the block taking around two hours to get it in. The driver had been told completely wrong info as well. I then complained about the dings and damage to the container. I did not even receive a reply! The guy on the phone was always 'mate this' and 'mate that' which is always a red flag for me. My instincts were right. If I had my time again, I would have used someone else.
Inspect before you buy. Pictures don’t match product – Ordered our 40ft container from Tiger . We requested a blue or grey colour .Was sent a pictures of a blue container inside & out which we were happy with . Absolutely not happy with the colour we received. Check the colour in the photo . You can’t tell tell me it’s grey????
Lovely shipping container – I highly recommend Tiger containers - the customer service is excellent and the price for quality can’t be beat. Michael Hockham is very helpful & patient, I had many questions & always emailed me back promptly & so professional. Thank you I am beyond pleased with my white new container. Wayne the truck driver was amazing at navigating it into place.
Terrible container – I got a number of quotes for used containers. They were all around the $3-4000 mark. I went with Tiger. It's dreadful. Looks like it's been in an explosion. Roof badly buckled. Very dented. Doors wouldn't close when it was dead level. We've had to jack it up on an angle just to close them. I expected a bit of wear and tear but this is ridiculous.… Read more
We might be in the market for a second container. Definitely won't be buying one from Tiger! In addition, they didn't follow directions about who to call for delivery (despite spelling it out on the phone multiple times) & I was assured the delivery truck would have a hoist. It didn't. Do not recommend.
Bad post sale experience! Avoid them! – You get what you pay for in life! Their quote came in the cheapest, but they guaranteed direct delivery of the container, others would only do back load. The container was delivered on time but the doors do not close making what should be a water tight vermin proof container, an open to the elements disaster! the doors to close! We have contacted them so many times to rectify this, and calls are either ignored or empty promises made. We are now being told we need to get someone local to fix the doors ( so they admit fault!! ) and they will reimburse us “reasonable” costs to do this! I have already paid $3267 for this container! Refuse to pay more. Very unhappy customer!
