So Happy! – I read all of the negative reviews on this site after I had purchased my item and was so scared I would have issues with my order. My order came within a week and is absolutely perfect. The sizing is perfect and is great quality! I would highly recommend.

Terrible online customer service – Ordered product and still have not gotten it. It’s been 2 weeks since confirmation that it’s been dispatched and online help isn’t helpful in actually finding where the item Is, but rather regurgitated a newspaper statement. Horrible. I have ordered from other companies and have received my order within 5-7 days

Questional quality – I have bought the Tigerlily Okimi Wide Leg Pant. Don't buy them as the material is so porous that they keep splitting and then you have to keep repairing them. No help from the help centre.

Beautiful dress but unable to exchange – Purchased clearance item online. Size 6 usually fits me in Tigerlily dresses but this one was too small. The dress is beautiful and delivery was quick. Their returns policy doesn't allow you to even exchange for another size or receive a credit note to purchase another item so I'm stuck with something I can't wear. Really disappointing.

The girls at the Bondi store are lovely – A gorgeous sakes consultant at the Bondi Store modelled this top so that I could send the photo to my daughter who was looking for a gift for her friend. She looks lovely and of course my daughter bought the top.

WTH? It's like receiving the top of a track suit and not the pants. Yes, I got a refund but actually, I don't want just a top. For me, it was all or nothing, but there was no offer to refund the top too. Not happy Jan! Plus poor communication all round. Suggest you give them a wide berth until they get their act together.

Do not order online from this retailer – I have to say that the service I’ve received in store when they were open was terrific. The staff have even been helpful in the past with orders that weren’t fulfilled online. to Tigerlily, terrible, tried calling all phone numbers for the company but mailbox were all full, retail stores do not answer anymore either, beware this was a bad scam by Tigerlily, I’m currently trying to get my bank to reverse this transaction or I have just lost my money to Tigerlily online. Not happy, shame on you Tigerlily scamming people in this current situation !!!!!!!!

5 days since purchase and no sign of it being shipped let alone received – Slooooowest shipping. Products way overpriced so I only ever purchase heavily discounted. Ignore your emails and ph calls looking for where your item has gone. Like an AliExpress company. Avoid.

will not actually receive your order after being charged for it. I had to write multiple emails and call on multiple occasions to finally get someone to help me sort it out, only to find out they are out of stock. Wonder what would have happened if I didn’t contact the brand as two weeks after placing the order I still have not received any i fo regarding it.

Firat time this happened I recently free shipping, second time, barely an apology from the customer service.

Don’t bother paying for Express postage – I ordered an item and paid for Express postage so I could receive my dress in 3-5 days . It is now over 10 days and 4 emails later with no response and no dress !

Able to return online purchase but not in store purchase! – Bought a pair of pants at the store and tried to return as they weren’t right. They told me I could only exchange. However, if you go to the online store, it allows refunds! Don’t understand this at all. I love the clothes, but will never purchase from anywhere with such a poor customer service policy.

Disappointing return policy – Only a credit note given on returning a full price item, new stock. Credit note only valid for three months and not able to be used on line which is frustrating as sometimes discounts are online only. No response from company when emailed about this.

No customer service – My good didn't arrive and the tracking said it was the wrong address and sent them back. The address was correct so unless they put the wrong address on the parcel, I'm not sure what happened. On trying to contact them twice by email and twice by phone we have found they don't respond to either. My favourite clothing label – I'm falling into the trap of having a wardrobe full of Tigerlily. The clothes are timeless and they are such good quality they never wear out. They are expensive but they have fabulous sales.

Horrible, never shopping here again! – I attempted to return two sets of swimwear with the receipt, stickers and tags attached as per their return policy due to a change of mind, but the manager refused to assist me stating it was over their 14 day return period. On their website, however, the return policy states 21 days. Terrible customer service and the staff obviously do not know their own store policies!
